To everyone I have worked with for years but never met
physically— including my co- author.
To my masters in life, José Manuel Rodrigues da Silva,
Catarina, and Miguel, who are always with me.
To Domingos, Munir, and Bruno for believing when belief
was necessary.
To René Artois, cat extraordinaire and longtime
companion of so many fights. Rest in peace, old friend.
— Luis
To Luis. You are amazing. Period. End of sentence.
To those who have supported and cheered me on every day,
especially Maddy, Owen, and Katherine.
To Christy, Henry, Heidi, Michi, and the team at Climbing
Wolf. Thanks for always being there.
To those who have been my mentors, supporters,
speakers, contributors, and friends since the day I put on
my first headset. You have meant more to me than you’ll
ever know.
To the innovative developers creating the metaverse. This is
for you. Let’s do this.
— Sam
