Never Take Your Eye Off the Prize If I were to give you one sound piece
of advice as you embark on creating (and expanding) your business
online, it would be: Never take your eye off the prize. And that prize
is Sales.
Sales is the reason you got into business and is what clothes your kids, pays your
mortgage, and allows you those awesome vacations with friends and family. If
you didn’t get into business to make money, perhaps your business is really just
a hobby at this stage. There is nothing wrong with hobbies, but a business is
about making money.
Your sales (and bank account) should also be a reflection of how you are
helping to shape the world— for the better. I realize not all businesses care about
