The Defendant is accused of the crime of Child Endangerment, in that the defendant on
or about January 27, 2013, at or about 1645 hours in the City of Waterloo, in Black Hawk
County, did
Have custody and control over two minor children and knowingly act in a manner that creates
substantial risk to the childs physical, mental or emotional health or safety.

|, the undersigned, being first duly sworn and Under oath, state that the following facts
known by me or told to me by other reliable person form the basis for my belief that Bohlen,
Randeigh, the Defendant committed the crime charged:
On January 27, 2013 at 1645 hours Officers were dispatched to 2833 Redwood Lane reference
a neighbor saying his neighbors at 2829 Redwood/Lane left their 1-year-old child home alone.
The neighbor said the child was in a diaper only ahd was out in the driveway crying in the
freezing rain. While the Officer was enroute the neighbor informed dispatched the child was
now back inside. The Officer arrived at the residence and could hear a child screaming and
crying. The Officer entered the residence and gbserved the home to have multiple raw foods
lying around the floor, dirty clothing and trash lining the floors, scissors and other sharp objects
assessable to the child and an unattended lit candle. The Officer stood around with the child
who was later identified as Wesley Richardso| DOB: EEE. The homeowner, identified as
the Defendant, arrived and said her and her bpyfriend were at the store, When asked if there
were anyone else in the home she said her other child E’Lyzabelle Richardson DOB: II was
upstairs sleeping on the bed. It was estimate the children were alone at the residence for
approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The Defendfant was placed under arrest and was eventually
transported to the Black Hawk County Jail for|booking x a

boyfriend, identified as the Defendant, gfrived and said they were at the store. When asked if
there were anyone else in the home thé Defendants girlfriend said her other child E'Lyzabelle
Richardson DOB was upstairs/sleeping on the bed. It was estimated the children were
alone at the residence for approximafely 20 to 30 minutes. The Defendant was placed under
arrest and was eventually transported to the Black Hawk County Jail for booking.
