been taken by your marina or
yacht club. Thesecond step must
be taken by you.
This brochure was published by the
EnvironmentDepartment in the City
ofBoston. Itis intended as a guide to
help boatowners and operators
recycle waste oil that will otherwise
end up fouling the harborandruining
the environment. The programs
suggested have been in use at other
marinas and yachtclubs foryears, and
they do work. We all need to work
togetherto make the harbora cleaner
place to boat, fish, and swim.
