The ProgramCommittee thoroughlyreviewedeachofthe 57submissionsfor contributed talks and accepted 19 of them after elaborate discussions on review reports.ThreeinvitedtalksbySatoshiFujita,AlejandroLopez-OrtizandRyuhei Uehara were included in the workshop. We thank the invited speakers for joining us and presenting their talks on recent research areas of computer science from which researchers of this field could benefit immensely.
