This manual is meant to be a study guide and quick reference to your training. In this
manual, the practitioner will be given Feelings and Programs from the Creator of All that
Is. By all means, share these Feelings with others when you leave this class. This manual
is also a means for Advanced DNA 2 student to receive a certificate from the offices of
Vianna’s Nature’s Path as shown on the last page of this manual.

The nature of life is energy. The Planes of Existence are the dance and the circle of this
energy, which never stops, but just takes other forms.
The purpose of this text is not only to explain this, but to focus the individual on
the energy that receives the quickest results, to understand that what is created can be
“dis-created” and then recreated again. This is the nature of atoms. We are magnificent
beings creating reality. No Plane of Existence is more important than another. Our
objective is to become balanced on every Plane through the Seventh Plane.

IIIInnnnttttrrrroooodddduuuuccccttttiiiioooonnnn
In this class we’re going to learn how to heal from the Seventh Plane of Existence. We will
learn more details about all of the Planes, to eliminate oaths, vows and commitments made on other
Planes that are no longer serving us and learn how to heal broken souls. We are going to bring in
Feelings that we may have never experienced before. We’re going to clear space in our mind that is
wasted holding onto random negative thoughts, such as, anger, revenge, resentment, regret, grudges,
aggression, jealousy, envy and bitterness. This will allow us to utilize more energy, to achieve faster
healings, to advance as a species and to connect us to the Divine.

CCCCoooonnnnnnnneeeecccctttt ttttoooo tttthhhheeee DDDDiiiivvvviiiinnnneeee
The best way that I have found to go up and out with my consciousness is as follows; Begin beneath
your feet from the center of the earth. You then draw this energy up into yourself. When you do this
your chakras are automatically activated and kundalini instantly happens. You then send this energy
out to the Creator of all that is of the Seventh Plane Existence. When you imagine yourself going up
out of your space, you are leaving your own paradigm of what you think is going on in your world,
and you're going up. This very process is going to trigger the frontal lobes of the brain. This process
will actually almost turn you inside out to enable you to look at everything around you with clarity.
When you bring your consciousness back into your space there is a proper way to ground. It is
important that you once again send your energy-consciousness down into the center of the earth then
bring it back into your space. This is the proper way to ground out
When some people bring themselves back into their space from having been out, they only connect to
their body, not to the All That Is. It is when the person does not connected to all that is when they
come back into their space that the body will begin to gain weight. It is best that once you put your
energy back into your body you ground down into the earth and bring the energy up into your space.

It is important that this procedure is followed because it safely and correctly opens the kundalini. In
my experience if the kundalini is opened to quickly there is the possibility that it will put strain upon
the physical organs.
The following process is given to you from the Creator to train “All That You Are” to connect
to and understand “All That Is.” Once this is learned, you will consistently go to the Seventh Plane
and you will not need to go through the whole process: you will simply be there.

Go up to the Seventh Plane!

Imagine energy coming up through the bottom of your feet from the center of the Earth and
going up out of the top of your head as a beautiful ball of light. You are in this ball of light. Take
time to notice what color it is. Now imagine going up above the Universe. Now imagine going into
the Light above the Universe, it is a big beautiful Light. Imagine going up through that Light, and
you’ll see another bright Light, and another, and another, in fact there are many bright Lights. Keep
going. Between the Lights there is a little bit of dark Light, but this is just a layer before the next
Light, so keep going. Finally there is a great, big bright Light. Go through it. When you go
through it, you’re going to see a dark energy, a jelly-like substance; it has all the colors of the
rainbow in it. When you go into it you see that it changes colors. This is the Laws. You will see all
kinds of shapes and colors. In the distance, there is a white iridescent Light; it is a white-blue color,
like a pearl. Head for that Light. Avoid the deep blue, blue light because this is the Law of
Magnetism. As you get closer, you may see a mist of a pink color. Keep going until you see it. This
is the Law of Compassion, and it’ll push you into the special place. You will see that the pearlescent
light is the shape of a rectangle, like a window. This window is really the opening to the Seventh
Plane. Now go through it. Go deep within it. See a deep, whitish glow go through your body. Feel
it go through your body. It feels light, but it has essence. You can feel it going through you; it’s as
if you can no longer feel the separation between your own body and the energy. You become “All
That Is.” Don’t worry. Your body will not disappear. It will become perfect and healthy.
Remember there is just energy here, not people or things. So if you see people, go higher. It is from
this place, that the “Creator of All That Is” can do healings that will heal instantly and that you can
create in all aspects of your life.

Practice using this way to go the Seventh Plane of Existence. This process will unlock doors in your
mind to connect you with “All That Is”. This process seems to connect the neurons in your brain back
to the point of Creation. In fact, after you have truly gone to the Seventh Plane and you open your
eyes you will realize that you are connected to everything and that the veil has been dropped.
Repeatedly perform this process step by step before you use a shortcut to command that you be there
in the Seventh Plane.

• Center yourself in your heart and visualize yourself going down into the Mother Earth, All
That Is.

• Visualize bringing up the energy through your feet, opening up all of your chakras as you go.
Continue going up out of your crown chakra, in a beautiful ball of light, out to the Universe.

• Go beyond the Universe, past the white lights, past the dark light, past the white light, past the
jelly-like substance that is the Laws, into a pearly, iridescent white light, into the Seventh Plane
of Existence.

• Gather Unconditional Love, make the command to the “Creator of All That Is”: “Creator, it is
commanded a healing on this person now. Thank you. It is done. It is done. It is done.”

• Witness the healing going into the person’s space, and watch the changes and shifts until they
are completed.

• Imagine being rinsed off.

• To properly ground back, imagine your energy coming back into your space, going into the
Earth, and pull it up through all your chakras, to your crown chakra.

• Make a break.

Making a break in this way will keep your body balanced, open up your Kundalini and prevent you
from gaining unnecessary weight.

One of the most powerful techniques that we have found is the Feeling Work. The speeds at
which changes are made with this work are amazing. You can quickly and easily teach a person what
it feels like to be loved, honored, respected, and cherished. As with the Belief Work, the practitioner
energy tests the client (or themselves) to find if they do not have, or have not experienced specific
feelings. The practitioner then makes the command and witnesses Source “download” the Feelings
into the person on all four belief levels, and to all that the person is. What might take people lifetimes
to learn, can be learned in seconds. Below is a list of “feelings” and “knowing” that you must have in
order to move forward to DNA 3. Do you know how to live without misery, without fear, without
anger, frustration, without conflict? This doesn’t mean that when you need to feel fear or that you
won’t have it. This only means that you won’t have to create fearful situations in your life. In the
existence of many people, it becomes a habit living with to much fear, anger and hatred. It also
becomes a habit living without certain Feelings that can be beneficial. The “Creator of All That Is” can
teach you these Feelings on every level of your life, instantly, and remove fears that have become out
of control. Expect physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual changes after the following list is
completed and, of course, you may need to find more of your own that are more specific for you
personally.

1. Center yourself. Begin by sending your consciousness down into the center of Mother Earth,
All That Is. Bring the energy up through your feet, into your body and up through all the
chakras.

2. Go beyond the Universe, past the white lights, past the dark light, past the white light, past the
jelly-like substance, which are the Laws, into a pearly, iridescent white light, into the Seventh
Plane of Existence. Connect with the “Creator of All That Is” in the Seventh Plane of
Existence. Make the following command: “Creator of All That Is”, it is commanded to instill
the feeling of (name the feeling) into the person (name the person) through every cell of their
body, on all four belief levels and in every area of their life, in the highest and best way. Thank
you. It is done. It is done. It is done.”

3. Witness the energy of the “feeling” flow into the person’s space and visualize the feeling from
Source being sent as a waterfall through every cell of the person’s body, instilling the feeling
on all four belief levels.

4. When you are finished move your consciousness out of the client’s space through the crown
chakra, and disconnect by rinsing yourself off in a stream of water or light, entering your body
through your crown chakra. Send your consciousness down into Mother Earth, All That Is,
grounding yourself, pulling the energy up through your body to the top of your crown and then
performing an energy break.
