G.S.R. 47(E).—In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 18
of Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the fol lowing rules further to
amend the Central Reserve Police Force (Combatised Para-Medical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1995, namely :—

(1) These rules may be called the Central Reserve Police Force (Combatised Para-Medical Posts) Recruitment
(Second Amendment) Rules, 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
In the Central Reserve Police Force (Combatised Para-Medical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 19 9 i5n, the Schedule,
after serial number 38 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
