Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. Contest Overview: The Grand prizes offered for this Contest are trips to a special
Under Armour running experience for serious athletes. The running experience will
involve 8 hours of training/running/recovery each day. The trip will take place in the
United States from 21 October 2016 – 23 October 2016 in a desert environment. Winners
are required to have passports and/or other necessary travel documents to accept the prize.

The Contest is open to residents of Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, the United States and the United
Kingdom. There will be Grand Prize winners selected from each country as follows: five (5) winners from
the United States, three (3) winners from Canada, and one (1) winner from the United Kingdom, one (1)
winner from Germany, three (3) winners from Japan, and two (2) winners from Australia, In addition, there
will be a daily Contest for residents of the United States and one (1) winner will be selected from
Submissions (as defined below) for each day.

2. Eligibility: Under Armour It Comes from Below Run Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal
residents of Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, the fifty (50) United States (including the District of
Columbia) and the United Kingdom, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Under Armour, Inc., HelloWorld, Inc., and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well
as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such
employee are not eligible. Current eligible National Collegiate Athletic Association athletes may not
participate in this Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable national, federal, state, provincial,
municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. SPONSOR IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION RESULTING IN INELIGIBILITY
AS AN AMATEUR ATHLETE.

3. Sponsor: Under Armour, Inc., 1020 Hull Street, Baltimore, MD, 21230, U.S.A.

4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional
agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related
to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. Timing: The Contest begins on 22 August 2016 at 12:00 a.m. United States Eastern Time ("ET") and
ends on 16 September at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").

6. How to Enter: To participate, you must have a Twitter or Instagram account (herein “Social Account”)
and tweet or post your photo and/or statement (including the prescribed hashtags and public replies) as
described in this Section 6 (a “Submission”). Twitter and Instagram accounts are free, but subject to Twitter,
Inc.'s terms of service: (https://twitter.com/tos) or Instagram's legal terms:
www.instagram.com/about/legal/terms/. Your account settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or "”public”
in order for your Tweets or posts to be viewable by Sponsor. Use of Instagram requires a mobile device and
accordingly message and data rates apply. If you use your wireless phone to enter this Contest, consult
your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans as these costs are your responsibility.

To enter using Twitter:
(1) Share your run as recorded by a MapMyFitness or Endomondo mobile application and include a
statement that describes your run story as well as the contest hashtags (described below).
(2) Alternatively, you can post a photo of yourself before, during or after your run (photos may be a
collage of images) and include statement that describes your run story as well as the contest public
reply and hashtags (described below).

Your entry, as directed using Twitter or Instagram, is a “Submission”.

Your Submission need not include any reference, positive or negative, to Sponsor’s products or services.
You agree that your Submission, conforms to the guidelines, permissions, and content restrictions below
and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you if it believes that it fails to conform.

Guidelines:
 The Submission must be consistent with the Social Account format requirements;
 The Submission must include a short statement about "your run story" and the required contest
hashtag for your country of residence; and
 The Submission must be in English (for residents of Canada (except in the Province of
Quebec), United States, United Kingdom and Australia), Japanese (for residents of Japan),
German (for residents of Germany), or French (for residents of Quebec only).

Permissions: Entrant must have permission from any recognizable individuals who appear in the
Submission to use their names and likenesses in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein.
Minors may only be included in the Submission if entrant is their parent or legal guardian. If requested,
entrant must be able to provide such permissions or proof in a form acceptable to Sponsor.

Content Restrictions:
 The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including
but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright
infringement;
 The Submission must not contain content created by a third party, such as images or artwork;
 The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, or any other person or party;
 The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene,
tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
 The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm
against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; and
 The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws
or regulations in any state where Submission is created.

Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission per day during the Contest Period. Submissions
received from any person or Social Account in excess of the stated limit will be void. Submissions
generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute as to any
Submission, the authorized account holder of the Social Account used to register will be deemed to be the
entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an
authorized account holder. Released Parties (as defined in Section 10, below) are not responsible for lost,
late, un-received, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed, or misdirected Submissions; all of
which will be void.

6. Sponsor's Use of Submissions: Except in Germany, tweeting/posting a Submission constitutes
entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use,
reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part,
on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or
later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any
documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights
entrant is granting to use the Submission.

7. Winner Determination:
For Daily U.S. Entrants ONLY: After each "Day" (defined as 12:00 a.m. ET through 11:59 p.m. ET), a
panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Panel”) will select one (1) entrant
with the highest scoring Submission (a “potential First Prize Winner”) from among all eligible Submissions
from residents of the United States posted the previous Day based on the following criteria (“Judging
Criteria”):

 Creativity/Originality of Submission (33%);
 Submission is inspirational to other runners (33%); and
 Submission demonstrates the intensity of entrant's workout (34%)

In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for “Submission
demonstrates the intensity of entrant's workout” as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole
discretion, will be deemed the applicable potential First Prize winner from among the tied entrants. Sponsor
reserves the right not to select a potential winner, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient
number of eligible and qualified Submissions for the applicable day. Sponsor will not disclose judging
scores.

Potential Grand Prize Winners: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, the Panel will use the Judging
Criteria described above to select: the two (2) highest scoring Submissions from residents of Australia; the
three (3) highest scoring Submissions from residents of Canada; the highest scoring Submission from
residents of Germany; the three (3) highest scoring Submissions from residents of Japan; the five (5)
highest scoring Submissions from residents of the United States; and the highest scoring Submissions from
residents of the United Kingdom. Ties, if any, will be broken as described above. The entrants selected will
be offered the Grand Prize trip. Sponsor will not disclose judging scores.

8. Winner Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by the Under Armour social account for their
respective countries of residence through the Social Account that they used to enter. Each potential Daily
Prize winner (ONLY for residents of the United States) will be required to confirm eligibility by providing
name, address and birthdate as well as shoe size information within three (3) days to the date notice or
attempted notice is sent in order to claim the prize. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to
sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where not prohibited, a Publicity Release
(“Declaration”), which must be received by Sponsor within three (3) Days of the date notice is sent or
attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. There is inherent risk associated with
participating in the training camp Grand Prize; winner will not be permitted to participate without
signing liability waiver documents. Winner understands that Sponsor or its designated agents will also
take photographs and video of Grand Prize winners at the training camp (“Prize Footage”) and that Sponsor
will own the Prize Footage and may use it to create promotional materials. If any potential winner cannot be
contacted after attempt by Sponsor, fails to execute and return the Declaration or provide the requested
information within the required time period (as applicable), does not comply with these Official Rules, or for
purposes of a First Prize winner from the United States where the prize is returned as undeliverable,
potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the applicable prize an. If a potential winner is disqualified
for any reason or forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up where time permits. Only three
(3) alternate winners may be determined, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded.

9. Prizes: There will be up to fifteen (15) Grand Prizes offered: two (2) to residents of Australia, three (3) to
residents of Canada, one (1) to residents of Germany, three (3) to residents of Japan, five (5) to residents of
United States, and one (1) to residents of the United Kingdom.

GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner to California to participate in an Under Armour running experience camp
21 October – 23 October 2016. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for one (1)
from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; up
to three (3) nights’ accommodations (as deemed necessary given winner’s residence) at a lodging
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; round trip ground transportation from Las Vegas to the event
location; meals, beverages and snacks will be provided for the duration of the running experience; and
approximately $3,000 USD in Under Armour products (shoes, apparel, and accessories). Winner must
travel on the dates stated above or he/she will forfeit the prize Running experience will include two (2) days
of supervised training and work-outs with Under Armour professional in desert climate

Trip must be booked immediately upon winner confirmation. Travel and accommodations are subject to
availability. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion.
No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline
carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not
expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, incidentals, gratuities,
passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, security fees, taxes or
other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining valid
passports and any other documents necessary for international travel, as applicable. Travel restrictions,
conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s
proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,200 USD (or approximately 9,200 £ and 15,900 CAD, 10,900 €,
1,245,120 JPY, 16,040 AUD). Actual value may vary based on airfare and currency fluctuations and
distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and
approximate retail value.

TWENTY-SIX (26) FIRST PRIZES (Awarded to one (1) U.S. resident per Day): Bandit Under Armour shoe
(colors and any other details to be determined by Sponsor). ARV: $99 USD.

For All Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at
the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) for
one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners
are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Limit: Up to one (1) First
prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person. First Prizes will be fulfilled 8 – 10 weeks after the end of the
Contest.

10. Taxes: Winners are responsible for all personal taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
For purposes of United States tax liability associated with the prize, Sponsor will gross-up each prize by
30%. For individuals who are not residents of the United States, Sponsor will submit this additional amount
to the IRS (the United States tax agency) as required by law. Each winner who is not a resident of the
United States will receive a U.S tax form 1042 from the Sponsor reflecting the total value of the prize,
including the “gross-up” amount. Residents of the United States will receive the additional 30% as a check
and the total value of the prize will be reflected in the tax form 1099 winner will receive.

11. Release: By receipt of any prize and except for residents of Germany, each winner agrees to release
and hold harmless the Sponsor, , and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers,
distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent
companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released
Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death,
or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any
prize, including any related travel.

12. Publicity Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify each winner’s agreement and consent
that Sponsor and its designees may publicize the winner’s name, city, state, Submission, and/or prize
information in connection with the Contest without further payment, notification, permission or other
consideration, except where prohibited by law.

13. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any
part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to the approval of the
Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the
winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received up to time of such action using the
judging procedure outlined above. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Contest or to be
acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner and void all associated Submissions. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the
legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt
be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from
any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14 Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not
limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process or the Contest; (4) printing,
typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Contest, the uploading, the processing or judging of Submissions the announcement of the prizes or in any
Contest-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage
to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s
participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related
thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable Submissions or for any
technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or
unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any
combination thereof. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any
Submission.This section does not apply to residents of Germany.

15. Disputes; Governing law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court
located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to
actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event
attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or otherwise increased. Except for residents of Germany, all issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of
the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules
(whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of
any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. For Residents of Quebec Only: Any litigation respecting
the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et
des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for
the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

16. Entrant's Personal Information: By entering this Promotion and accepting a prize, entrant will be
required to provide personal information to Sponsor in order to confirm eligibility and for prize fulfillment
purposes. By completing the requested Declarations (described in Section 8) or providing contact
information, entrant agrees to use of entrant's personal information by Sponsor for these purposes, and as
may be otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. The information collected will be used consistent with
Sponsor's Privacy Notice Summary available at
https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/customer-service/security-and-privacy-policy.

Personal information that potential winners provide to Sponsor will be transferred to and stored on servers
in the US. You acknowledge that the level of data protection in the United States might not be equivalent to
the level of data protection in your home country. You understand that your personal information may be
subject to access requests from, and may be disclosed to, governments, courts or law enforcement in the
US in complying with US laws, regulations and court orders. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw,
and correct their personal information, and under certain circumstances to oppose the collection or
processing of the information and request the status of Sponsor's use or sharing of entrant's personal
information. Entrants may request such action by contacting Sponsor. Entrants can contact Sponsor using

17. Severability: If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or
circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration
panel or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of such
provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and the other provisions of these Official
Rules, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the
maximum extent possible. In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason
be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, it shall be construed
by limiting and reducing it, so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.

KEIN KAUF ERFORDERLICH.

1. Übersicht Wettbewerb: Die Hauptgewinne von diesem Wettbewerb sind der Eintritt
zu einem besonderen Under Armour Lauferlebnis für ernsthafte Athleten. Bei dem
Lauferlebnis nehmen die Sportler an 8 Stunden Training/Laufen/Erholung täglich teil. Die
Trainingsreise wird in den Vereinigten Staaten vom 21. bis 23. Oktober 2016 in einer
Wüstenumgebung stattfinden. Die Gewinner müssen über ihren Reisepass und/oder notwendige
Reisedokumente verfügen, um den Preis anzunehmen.

Der Wettbewerb ist an Einwohner von Australien, Kanada, Deutschland, Japan, USA und Großbritannien
gerichtet. Der Hauptgewinn wird wie folgt an die Teilnehmer jedes Landes vergeben: Fünf (5) Gewinner
aus den USA, drei (3) Gewinner aus Kanada, ein (1) Gewinner aus Großbritannien, ein (1) Gewinner aus

So können Sie sich mit Instagram anmelden: Sie können ein Foto von sich vor, während und nach dem
Lauf posten (die Fotos können auch als Fotocollage zusammengefügt sein) und ein Statement hinzufügen,
das Ihre Laufgeschichte beschreibt, sowie die öffentlichen Antworten und Hashtags des Wettbewerbs
(siehe unten).

Ihre Anmeldung muss keine Referenzen über Produkte oder Leistungen des Sponsors, weder positiv, noch
negativ, enthalten. Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass Ihr Beitrag allen untenstehenden
Richtlinien, Rechten und Inhaltsbeschränkungen entspricht. Außerdem kann der Sponsor Sie nach
eigenem Ermessen disqualifizieren, falls er der Meinung ist, dass Sie den Maßgaben nicht entsprechen.

Richtlinien:
 Die Anmeldung muss den Kriterien des Social Account-Formats entsprechen;
 Die Anmeldung muss ein kurzes Statement zu Ihrer „Laufgeschichte“ enthalten, sowie die
geforderten Hashtags für Ihr Wohnsitzland; und
 die Anmeldung muss in Englisch (für Einwohner von Kanada (außer in der Provinz Quebec),
den USA, Großbritannien und Australien), Japanisch (für Einwohner von Japan), Deutsch (für
Einwohner von Deutschland) oder Französisch (nur für Einwohner von Quebec) vorliegen.

Rechte: Der Teilnehmer muss die Einwilligung sämtlicher Personen zur Verwendung ihres Namens und
ihres Bildmaterials einholen, die im Beitrag erscheinen und die ihnen hier festgelegten Rechte gewähren.
Minderjährige können nur dann in der Anmeldung enthalten sein, wenn der Teilnehmer dessen Elternteil
oder Vormund ist. Auf Anfrage muss der Teilnehmer derartige Einwilligungen in der vom Sponsor
verlangten Form vorlegen.

Inhaltsbeschränkungen:
 Der Beitrag darf kein Material enthalten, das die Rechte anderer Personen verletzt,
einschließlich Datenschutzbestimmungen, Veröffentlichungsrechte oder geistige
Eigentumsrechte oder Material, das gegen das Urheberrecht verstößt.
 Beim Beitrag darf es sich nicht um von Dritten erstelltes Material (wie Fotos oder Grafiken)
handeln.
 Der Beitrag darf den Sponsor oder eine andere Person oder Partei nicht herabsetzen;
 Der Beitrag darf kein Material enthalten, das unangemessen, anstößig, unmoralisch, obszön,
unrechtmäßig, verleumderisch oder beleidigend ist.
 Der Beitrag darf kein Material enthalten, das Fanatismus, Rassismus, Hass oder
Voreingenommenheit gegen eine Gruppe oder Einzelpersonen fördert oder sich für die
Diskriminierung aufgrund von ethnischer Zugehörigkeit, Geschlecht, Religion, Nationalität,
Behinderung, sexueller Ausrichtung oder Alter ausspricht; und
 Der Beitrag darf kein Material enthalten, das ungesetzlich ist oder das gegen geltendes Recht
in dem Staat verstößt, in dem er verfasst wurde.
Einschränkung: Während der Wettbewerbsperiode darf jeder Teilnehmer nur einen Beitrag(1) täglich
hochladen. Gehen Beiträge von einer Person oder einem Social Account über die beschränkte Anzahl
hinaus ein, sind diese ungültig. Beiträge, die mithilfe von Scripten, Makros oder sonstigen automatischen
Hilfsmitteln verfasst wurden, sind ungültig. Als Teilnehmer, der diese offiziellen Regeln einhalten muss, gilt
bei Streitigkeiten hinsichtlich eines Beitrags der zum Zeitpunkt der Einsendung berechtigte Social Account,
der für das Erstellen des betreffenden Kontos verwendet wurde. Jeder Teilnehmer muss den Nachweis
erbringen, dass er der berechtigte Kontoinhaber ist. Die freigestellten Parteien (wie in Ziffer 10 unten
definiert) haften nicht für Beiträge, die verloren gehen, verspätet eingehen, unvollständig, ungültig,
unleserlich, defekt oder fehlgeleitet sind; all dies hat die Ungültigkeit der Beiträge zur Folge.

6. Die Verwendung der Beiträge durch den Sponsor: Ausgenommen in Deutschland, stimmt der
Teilnehmer durch das Twittern/Posten eines Beitrags zu, dem Sponsor eine gebührenfreie,
unwiderrufliche, zeitlich unbegrenzte, nicht ausschließliche Lizenz zu erteilen, um diesen unter anderem zu
Werbe- oder Marketingzwecken ganz oder teilweise weltweit zu nutzen, zu reproduzieren, zu ändern, zu
veröffentlichen, ableitende Werke davon zu erstellen, solche Beiträge anzuzeigen und sie in andere Werke
in jedweder Form, in Medien oder Technologien einzubinden, die gegenwärtig bekannt sind oder zu einem
späteren Zeitpunkt entwickelt werden. Auf Anfrage unterzeichnet der Teilnehmer sämtliche Dokumente, die
der Sponsor oder seine Bevollmächtigten für die Ausübung der nicht ausschließlichen Nutzungsrechte an
dem Beitrag benötigt.

7. Festlegung der Gewinner:
NUR für U.S.-Tagesteilnehmer: Nach jedem „Tag“ (von 12:00 Uhr Ostküstenzeit (ET) bis 23:59 Uhr
Ostküstenzeit) wählt ein Gremium mit qualifizierten Schiedsrichtern, welche vom Sponsor in seinem
Ermessen ausgewählt wurden („Gremium“) einen (1) Teilnehmer mit dem höchstplatzierten Beitrag (ein
„potenzieller Gewinner des Hauptpreises“) aus allen wählbaren Beiträgen von Einwohnern der Vereinigten
Staaten, die am vorherigen Tag auf der Grundlage der folgenden Kriterien („Bewertungskriterien“) gepostet
wurden:

 Kreativität/Originalität des Beitrags (33 %);
 Der Beitrag ist inspirierend für andere Teilnehmer (33 %); und
 Der Beitrag zeigt die Intensität des Trainings des Teilnehmers (34 %)

Im Falle eines Gleichstandes wird der Teilnehmer, dessen Beitrag den höchsten Score für „Der Beitrag
zeigt die Intensität des Trainings des Teilnehmers“ erreicht hat, wie von den Schiedsrichtern in ihrem
Ermessen festgelegt wurde, als der potenzielle Gewinner des Hauptpreises anerkannt. Der Sponsor behält
sich das Recht vor, nach alleinigem Ermessen keinen Gewinner zu ernennen, falls die Anzahl der gültigen
und qualifizierten Beiträge an dem jeweiligen Tag zu gering ist. Der Sponsor wird keine
Bewertungsergebnisse freigeben.

Potenzielle Hauptpreisgewinner: Nach dem Ablauf des Wettbewerbs wird das Gremium auf Grund der
Bewertungskriterien die zwei (2) Teilnehmer mit der höchsten Bewertung aus Australien, drei (3)
Teilnehmer aus Kanada mit der höchsten Bewertung, zwei (2) Teilnehmer aus Deutschland mit der
höchsten Bewertung, drei (3) Teilnehmer mit der höchsten Bewertung aus Japan, fünf (5) Teilnehmer aus
den USA mit der höchsten Bewertung, sowie die Teilnehmer aus Großbritannien mit der höchsten
Bewertung auswählen. Bei Gleichstand wird das oben beschriebene Verfahren angewandt. Die
Hauptgewinn-Reise wird den ausgewählten Teilnehmern angeboten. Der Sponsor wird keine
Bewertungsergebnisse freigeben.

8. Anforderungen an den Gewinner: Potenzielle Gewinner werden über den Under Armour-Social
Account ihres jeweiligen Landes der Plattform, auf der der Teilnehmer sich angemeldet hat, benachrichtigt.
Jeder potenzielle Tagespreisgewinner (NUR für Einwohner der USA) muss seine Teilnahmeberechtigung
nachweisen, indem er dem Veranstalter seinen Namen, seine Adresse und sein Geburtsdatum sowie seine
Schuhgröße innerhalb von drei (3) Tagen nach dem Tag der Benachrichtigung, bzw. der versuchten
Benachrichtigung mitteilt, um Anspruch auf den Preis zu haben. Jeder potenzielle Gewinner des
Hauptpreises hat, sofern zulässig, eine Erklärung über sein Einverständnis mit den Gewinnspielregeln, der
Haftungsverzichtserklärung und, sofern nicht untersagt, der Veröffentlichungsfreigabe („Erklärung“) zu
unterzeichnen und einzusenden, die beim Sponsor innerhalb von drei (3) Tagen ab Datum des Versands
der Benachrichtigung bzw. der versuchten Benachrichtigung eingehen muss, um Anspruch auf
seinen/ihren Gewinn zu haben. Bei der Teilnahme am Hauptgewinn-Trainingscamp, besteht ein
inhärentes Risiko; es ist daher nicht gestattet, ohne die unterschriebenen
Haftungsverzichts-Dokumente teilzunehmen. Der Gewinner nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass der Sponsor
oder dessen Vertreter außerdem Foto- und Videoaufnahmen von den Hauptpreisgewinnern bei dem
Trainingscamp machen werden („Prize Footage“) und dass dem Sponsor das Bild- und Videomaterial
gehört und er es zu Werbezwecken verwenden kann. Wenn ein potenzieller Gewinner nicht kontaktiert
werden kann, die Erklärung nicht auf Anfrage des Sponsors unterzeichnet und zurücksendet und die
angeforderten Informationen nicht fristgerecht bereitstellt (wo anwendbar), entspricht dies nicht den
Offiziellen Regeln, oder im Falle eines Hauptpreisgewinners aus den Vereinigten Staaten, wo der Preis als
unzustellbar zurückgesendet wird, erfolgt die Disqualifikation des potenziellen Gewinners aus irgendeinem
Grund oder er verwirkt den gültigen Preis, der Preis kann einen Zweitplatzierten vergeben werden, wo es
die Zeit zulässt. Es finden maximal drei (3) Nominierungen eines alternativen Gewinners statt. Bleiben
diese erfolglos, wird der Preis nicht verliehen.

9. Preise: Es wird bis zu fünfzehn (15) Hauptpreise geben: zwei (2) an Einwohner Australiens, drei (3) an
Einwohner von Kanada, einen (1) an Einwohner Deutschlands, drei (3) an Einwohner von Japan, fünf (5) an
Einwohner der USA und einen (1) an Einwohner von Großbritannien.

HAUPTPREIS: Eine Reise für den Gewinner nach Kalifornien, um an dem Under Armour
Lauferlebnis-Camp vom 21. bis 23. Oktober 2016 teilzunehmen. Das Paket enthält Hin- und Rückflug in
der Touristenklasse für eine (1) Person von dem nächstgelegenen Flughafen (welcher vom Sponsor in
seinem alleinigen Ermessen festgelegt wird) nach Las Vegas, NV; bis zu drei (3) Nächte Unterbringung
(falls notwendig, angesichts des Wohnsitzes des Gewinners) in einer Unterkunft, welche vom Sponsor in
eigenem Ermessen ausgewählt wird; Hin- und Rückreise von Las Vegas zu dem Veranstaltungsort;
Speisen, Getränke und Snacks während des Trainingscamps und Under Armour Produkte (Schuhe,
Kleidung und Zubehör) in einem Wert von ca. 3.000 USD. Der Gewinner muss an den oben angegebenen
Daten reisen oder er/sie verwirkt den Preis. Das Lauferlebnis beinhaltet zwei (2) Tage Training und
Workouts unter Aufsicht eines Under Armour Profis in Wüstenklima

Die Reise muss unmittelbar nach der Bestätigung der Gewinner gebucht werden. Reise und Unterkünfte
unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit. Die Reise muss aus Hin- und Rückflug bestehen. Der Sponsor legt die
Fluggesellschaft und die Reiseroute nach alleinigem Ermessen fest. Im Falle einer Stornierung oder
Verspätung von Flügen hat der Gewinner keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung oder Entschädigung. Die Reise
unterliegt den im Rahmen dieses Wettbewerbs festgelegten Bestimmungen sowie den Bestimmungen der
vom Sponsor ausgewählten Fluggesellschaft, wie im Reisevertrag aufgeführt. Alle Ausgaben und
Reisekosten, die nicht in der vorliegenden Beschreibung des Reisepakets aufgeführt sind, einschließlich
Nebenkosten, Trinkgelder, Passagiergebühren, Aufpreise, Flughafengebühren, Gebühren der
Fluggesellschaft, Bearbeitungsgebühren, Versicherungsgebühren, Steuern oder andere Ausgaben
müssen vom Gewinner getragen werden. Der Gewinner ist alleinig für die zu internationalen Reisen
erforderlichen jeweiligen gültigen Reisepässe und sonstigen Dokumente verantwortlich. Es können
Reisebeschränkungen bestehen. Wenn nach Ermessen des Sponsors eine Anreise per Flugzeug
aufgrund der Nähe zum Reiseort nicht angebracht ist, wird diese nach alleinigem Ermessen des Sponsors
durch eine Anreise per Bodentransport ersetzt. Verlorene, beschädigte oder gestohlene Tickets,
Reisegutscheine oder andere Dokumente werden vom Sponsor nicht erstattet. Ungefährer Handelswert:
12.200 USD (oder ca. 9.200 GBP und 15.900 CAD, 10.900 EUR, 1.245.120 JPY, 16.040 AUD). Der
aktuelle Wert kann aufgrund unterschiedlicher Flugpreise und Währungsschwankungen und
verschiedenen Flugstrecken variieren. Der Gewinner hat keinen Anspruch auf Erhalt der Differenz
zwischen dem tatsächlichen und dem ungefähren Handelswert.

SECHSUNDZWANZIG (26) HAUPTPREISE (welche täglich jeweils einem (1) Einwohner der USA
verliehen werden): Bandit Under Armour Schuh (Farben und andere Details werden vom Sponsor
festgelegt). Ungefährer Handelswert: 99 USD.

Für alle Preise gilt: Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar; ein etwaiger Ersatz wird nur gemäß den hierin
enthaltenen Bestimmungen und im alleinigen Ermessen des Sponsors geleistet. Der Sponsor behält sich
das Recht vor, einen Preis ganz oder teilweise durch einen gleichwertigen oder höherwertigen Preis zu
ersetzen, falls der ursprünglich vorgesehene Preis aus einem beliebigen Grund nicht verfügbar sein sollte.
Die Gewinner sind zur Leistung der Steuern und Gebühren verpflichtet, die sich aus dem Erhalt und/oder
dem Gebrauch des Preises ergeben. Einschränkung: Bis zu ein (1) Erster Preis und ein (1) Hauptpreis pro
Person. Die ersten Preise werden etwa 8 – 10 Wochen nach Abschluss des Wettbewerbs vergeben.
