Massachusetts, 02474, for 117 Broadway, Arlington, MMA, 02474 for Special Parmnit Dacket
#3520 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington
Zoning Bylaw Suction 3.4, Environmental Design Review, The applicant seeks approval of
signage that exceeds the allowed signage in a B4 Vehicular Oriented Business District and
Business Sign District. The reopening ofthe Special Permit sto allow the Board to review and
approve signage under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Reviews, and Section 6.2, Signs. &
public hearing was held on January 3, 7072. The public hearing was closed on January 3, 2022.
VOTE; The Arlinglan Redevelopment Board (ARB) voted (5-0) to approve Darket 43520 on
January 3, 2022,
