VOLUME GUIDE
The volume Is comprised of two sections:
1) The Boston Model City Administration's
Third Year Action Plan
2) Budget Detail Appendix
Under revised United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development guidelines, cities no longer submit full budget
detail for the annual Action Plan. Required HUD budget In-
formation centers on total project and program costs and Is
to be found on pages l46 to 165 of the Third Year Action Plan
.
The second section of this volume, Budget Detail Appendix
contains the cost Itemizations for projects and program ad,-
ministration formerly Incorporated within the Plan Itself.
Each section has Its own table of contents. The following
list crossreferences the two sections for ease In relating
project descriptions to their budgets.
