ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
An incredible journey went into the writing, editing, proofing and general refining of The
Seres Agenda to bring it to this current final 4th edition in just two years. This was a work in
progress like all of us on this backward planet Earth. It has taken this 4th edition, with the special
techniques section added to the back for the uplifting live-transforming benefit of the readers,
and top professional editing and proofreading, to bring it to the form that was originally
envisioned by the author.
I would like to deeply thank the wonderful editing work done on the special techniques section
through the donated time of editor Margaret E. Peiman (in Canada). She kindly donated her
time to conduct the preliminary full edit of the entire special techniques section that is now
added to the back of The Seres Agenda 4th edition. Her efforts made the work of the primary
editor I hired a breeze, and enabled her to go through this section so we could finalize it for
publication.
Many thanks is also given here and great appreciation for the excellent editing/proofreading
work that Temi Ol, of Temi Editing Services, provided for The Seres Agenda (4th) edition. I have
much gratitude for her proficient editing skills, which were applied throughout the manuscript,
culminating in this publication. In part, I have brought the book to this properly expanded form
because of the work of these two top women editors. I consider myself fortunate to have crossed
paths in life with them.
My mother in this lifetime has also been a rock of encouraging support from the day she
finished reading the first manuscript of The Seres Agenda prior to its publication. While reading
it, she discovered much about her son’s extraordinary experiences while growing up that she
never dreamed took place – to her great surprise. I never talked about all I was going through
while growing up regarding contacts with highly evolved benevolent Master teachers and
benevolent extraterrestrial beings from other worlds – many of them human - and explorations
into higher dimensional realities until after the book was officially published.
I would also like to thank the many Master teachers and wonderful advanced kind beings from
other worlds who’s paths I crossed, or vice versa, for their inspirational examples that
encouraged me to go forward with revealing the deliberately hidden truths as contained in The
Seres Agenda. I would also like to thank the omnipresent primordial, special first vibratory word
or first Sound known as HU - imported to planet Earth from other worlds - and the new
consciousness liberating Ray woven through it, that originates from the source behind and
supporting all that exists. The discovery of the new Ray, what is does, and how to use it has
taken me many times far beyond good and evil and the petty bobbles of this physical world. My
work is dedicated to assisting others to discover these deliberately hidden grand truths for
themselves. From my direct experience, I can state there are new responsible personal freedoms
awaiting the adventuresome explorer who rides that rainbow home - while they are still alive
here.

PROLOGUE
UNEXPECTED
TRANSFORMATION
For the first time, The Seres Agenda journey uncovers what is soon coming to our planet Earth,
something that no one will anticipate. The following chapters do not reveal a prediction of the end of
the world, a foreboding Armageddon, or a doomed fate for our planet. However, it is the
pronouncement of the coming of an event that has never happened before - an event that will
transform the Earth. This coincides with the predictions of today’s living Mayan leaders or Shamans
regarding their Mayan calendar that ended on December 21, 2012. They proclaim what is coming will
begin to occur during “the End Time” between 2007 and 2015, which they foresee will result one day
in, “the ending of evil as an experiment on Earth.” I have included this claim because of what I found
during my deeper independent explorations beyond this insight, and what I subsequently discovered is
coming to planet Earth in the near future to accomplish this great, worldwide change.
What has already begun that harmlessly passed through the end of the year 2012, and onward into
2015, and which will continue to expand for years into the future, initially involved the critical
juncture of planetary and solar system alignments that, otherwise, would have been destructive to the
Earth. I have endeavored to share with people for quite a number of years that something very
significant has changed in Earth’s destiny, and we will begin to see the benevolent effects of this in the
near future. At the right moment, it will become apparent to everyone that our world is beginning to
go through something extraordinary. The destiny of our planet has changed from a near future
destructive direction to a coming unexpected worldwide event that will affect all life with an uplifting
transformation.
Comprehensive understandings of purposefully hidden truths continued to surface during my
extraterrestrial contact experiences and many ongoing out-of-body journeys from my early
childhood onwards. These explorations ventured into the primordial sound, omnipresent force,
original word or first sound vibration sent out by the Source behind all life to develop, build, and
maintain all creation. This first Source, predominantly referred to as the “Ancient One” or “Prime
Creator,” by very advanced extraterrestrial human beings who have a vast understanding of its nature,
originated the very first sound or word that manifested the multidimensional universe. Extended from
this center is an omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent conscious energy field that underlies,
sustains, and supports all life everywhere.
The extraordinary experiences into the unknown universe I have encountered over this lifetime are
all true. However, to paraphrase the statement made at the beginning of each episode of the old
Dragnet detective drama television series, “The episode you are about to see is true, but the names of
the characters, and the locations where events took place have been changed to protect the innocent.”
Therefore, the unique story, which unfolds throughout the pages of this book are based entirely on
direct true-life experiences, however some of you may understandably choose to view it as fiction to
a degree. However, the wide panorama of events woven throughout this highly revealing account
unveil the purposefully hidden truth suppressed in all of us long ago, and what is unexpectedly
coming to liberate the people and change the face of the Earth. What will take place worldwide will
constructively uplift all life on the planet.
In the next few years all mankind will know, without a shadow of a doubt, that highly evolved
benevolent human, humanoid, and other extraterrestrial beings actually exist, as well as many other
parallel and higher dimensions.
Journey through the pages of The Seres Agenda and you will discover an ever-widening hidden
truth beginning to surface within your own knowing imagination. Then you too will come to
inherently understand, as I have, the rate of vibration on this planet is in the beginning process of
being greatly uplifted in quite dramatic benevolent constructive ways.
You will come to know a new way is being prepared for us to gain the understanding, awareness,
and insight to remain serenely balanced when this entirely unexpected worldwide transforming event
takes place. Fortunately, the decision to finally implement this wondrous constructive change is
irreversible. Otherwise, our planet would most certainly be doomed.
While you travel further into the revealing depths of The Seres Agenda with the human being
named “Mark Santfield”, an adult in his mid-thirties, you will know how his entirely unexpected
profound experiences forever transformed and expanded his understanding of the universe. He
discovers a classified worldwide government, officially created after World War II, which soon came
under the influential control of a diabolical, bipedal non-human, totalitarian extraterrestrial race.
Then he unexpectedly awakens to the important key part he is to play to carry out a newly created vast
extraterrestrial plan to safely retire evil as an experiment. He discovers a near future benevolent
transformation is coming to our planet instead of its looming destruction.
As always, I wish all my fellow human beings living on Earth only the very best during the
uplifting transforming days that lie ahead for all of us.
CHAPTER ONE
TAKEN
BEYOND EARTH
A sleek silvery disc-shaped ship speeding through space, its entire circumference illumined with a
pale-blue light, swiftly passed by the planet Mars and darted in a streak of light into the distant black
void between countless stars. Minutes later, the slowing streak of light coming from a vast
background star-field, gradually formed back into the mysterious spaceship as it passed by the moon,
headed in the direction of Earth. It soon slowed to a stop, hovering above the cloud cover moving in
high above the west coast of North America.
Inside, a lone extraterrestrial pilot looked down and grinned with satisfaction at the blinking blue
spherical crystal in the center of the rectangular paneled, half-octagon shaped, control console.
Good! The one the Galactic Council selected is located. He will help . . . he must, he thought to
himself with some relief.
Silently reflecting on the purpose of his urgent arrival to Earth the visitor reached down from
waist-height and placed his right palm in the air with his fingers spread into the right illumined
golden quartz crystal hand impression. It brightened the light passing through his translucent skin.
The rapidly descending spaceship passed down through the cloud layer and darted below them
through a widening opening, sucking whirling cloudy mists downward behind the hull. The ship
stopped a second later to hover fifty thousand feet above a selected verdant-forested crest along part
of the High Sierra Mountains of northern California.
The extraterrestrial’s hand passed over the top of a green rectangular crystal and a human male,
standing in a small clearing beside a two-man tent, appeared on the wide vertical 3-D imaging screen
projected a few feet above the control console. The extraterrestrial’s eyes sparkled with anticipation
as his left hand touched a smaller illumined red triangular crystal above the left guidance control
hand impression, and a circle of red light appeared around the image of the man. The image began to
zoom closer bringing the Earthman into clarity.
The misty sprinkling of tiny warm raindrops hitting the man’s upturned face at ground level was
refreshing, and the mid-summer air was rich with the scent of Ozone.
God I needed this after all those months of madness in the city.
Mark Santfield felt relieved by the thought as he peered deeper into his recollection of the past
three months living under the smoggy skies of Los Angeles. That stint in the city was part of the
research he was conducting for his new book about a suspected malevolent extraterrestrial presence
operating behind a shadowy hidden government on Earth. He had already interviewed several dozen
men, women, and a few children who had all claimed aliens abducted and mistreated them in some
form or another before returning them to Earth with all memory of the experience repressed. That is
until deep hypnosis regression sessions brought back their clear memories.
