COMMISSION FOR SELLING
15% on the amount realised, but 10% on lots over £500, except for numismatic books,
cabinets and bulky items, when always 15%.
Unsold lots:- 5% on a non-agreed reserve price, or the last bid in the room.
There is a minimum charge on all lots, whether sold, unsold or withdrawn, of £20 per lot.
Commission rates are negotiable for collections or individual items of high value.
All goods will be held insured against fire and burglary, pending sale, at a premium of £1 per
£100, unless we are instructed to the contrary.
Settlement is usually made 28 days after the date of sale.
