Dogasi geregi boylesi bir calismanin kesinlik icermeyen ve parcalar halinde bir yapida olmasi ve kuskusuz eldeki kanitlarin da yetersizligi degerlendirildiginde mevcut problemlerin bazilari icin kesin kenarlari olan bir cozum uretilememis olmasi normal karsilanmalidir.
