About the Editors
Mireia Las Heras Maestro isaProfessoratIESEBusinessSchool—Universityof
Navarra,Spain—wheresheservesastheDirectoroftheInternationalCenterforWork
and Family. She is an industrial engineer by training and holds an MBA from IESE
BusinessSchoolandaDoctorateinBusinessAdministrationfromBostonUniversity.
NuriaChinchillaAlbiol receivedaPhDinEconomicsandBusinessStudiesfrom
the University of Navarra, a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, and an
MBA and a PhD from IESE Business School. She studied at Harvard Business
School and Stanford Graduate School of Management. She started her career as a
Professor at IESE in 1984, is a consultant to a wide range of companies, and is a
member on the boards of various organizations. She is the Founder of the Interna-
tional Center for Work and Family and holder of Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-
AguileraWomenandLeadershipChair.
Marc Grau Grau received a PhD in Social Policy from the University of
Edinburgh. He has obtained an MBA from ESADE Business School and an MA in
PoliticalandSocialSciencesfromUniversityPompeuFabrainBarcelona,Spain.Heis
aResearchFellowatHarvardKennedySchool,andhecurrentlyservesasaresearcher
attheInstituteforAdvancedFamilyStudiesatUniversitatInternationaldeCatalunya.
