“i go to San diego Comic-Con (an annual celebration of
everything comics and pop culture) every year. this year,
i came home with lots of joy- bringing swag. i couldn’t
bear to hide them away…so for a month they sat in a
neat, happy pile on my bookshelf. then i had an idea— a
bulletin board filled with good things, like thank- you
notes, pictures of my favorite people, and, of course, my
Comic-Con swag. Why not do the same?”

surprise rainbows. pick your favorite happy cliché
and write about (or doodle) it below and on the
next page.

Create an affi rmation wallet card and take the good
vibes with you wherever you go. using the card on
the next sheet, write at least one really nice thing
about yourself. then use the other cards for two
friends. Write something nice about them, and give
it to them for their own portable pick- me- up.
