Dear Reader,
I am pleased to be able to share my love and knowledge of the French language
with you. Since 1999, I've been teaching French via the Internet (About the
French Language — http://french.about.com ) and it's thanks to this Web site
that I am now writing books.
When I was studying French, I was utterly baffled by some of the grammatical
constructions I was supposed to memorize. I thought that I would never be able
to remember them, and certainly not be able to speak French with any thing
approaching the ease with which I speak English. But now I can, and I am sure
that one day you will be able to as well.
