Ingredients
1 C. sifted flour 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 (12 ounce) package farfalle pasta 4 cloves garlic, minced
10 ounces baby spinach, rinsed and torn 1 lemon, juiced
into bite-size piece 1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese with basil 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
and tomato
1 red onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can black olives, drained and
chopped
Directions
1. Cook pasta in salty boiling water for about 10 minutes until tender before draining it.
2. Coat a mixture of pasta, olives, spinach, red onion and cheese with a mixture of salad
dressing, pepper, lemon juice, salt and garlic very thoroughly before refrigerating it for at
least two hours.
3. Serve.
