Fruit Slush
11/2 to 2 c. sugar 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 c. hot water 3 ripe bananas
20-oz. can crushed pineapple
Mix sugar and water; let cool. Add orange juice and 1 can water. Crush 3
ripe bananas and add this and the pineapple plus its juice. Freeze until hard.
Delicious!

Fruit Dip
8 oz. cream cheese 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. marshmallow creme
Mix until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.

Crockpot Chip Dip
1 to 11/2 lb. hamburger (may add 1 can tomato soup
some refried beans) 1 tsp. chili powder
1 onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. taco sauce or salsa 1 to 11/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Brown hamburger; add rest of ingredients and heat until cheese is melted. Dip
tortilla chips. Very delicious! Serves 20.

Taco Dip
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese green peppers, chopped
1 pint container onion chip dip mushrooms, drained
1 lb. browned hamburger mixed mild cheddar cheese
with 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Mix cream cheese and onion dip and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread ham-
burger/ taco seasoning mix on top of cream cheese mixture and top with green
peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. Warm to desired warmth at 250°. Serve with
taco chips. Serves 12.

Chip and Vegetable Dip
11/3 c. mayonnaise 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 rounded T. sour cream
onion powder, garlic powder, and onion salt to taste
Blend together.

Ham Roll-Ups
12 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. celery flakes
1 c. shredded carrots 1 lb. fully cooked, thinly sliced ham
4 tsp. dill weed
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrots, dill weed, and celery flakes.
Spread about 2 T. on each slice of ham. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Yields 6-7 dozen.
