of various other required Accessories at AIIMS Bhopal under Two Bid System on behalf of

paying Cost of Bid Document of Rs. 525/- (Five Hundred Twenty Five only)
inclusive of VAT@5% Non Refundable in form of Demand Draft of any
nationalized scheduled Bank drawn in favour of “DIRECTOR, AIIMS, BHOPAL”

10.00 Hrs. to 17.00 Hrs. or downloaded directly from AIIMS Bhopal website

schedule of quantities to be Supplied & Installed and the set of terms and
conditions of the contract to be complied with and other necessary
documents). Those who download the tender document from website should
enclose an additional DD for Rs. 525/- along with their Technical Bid inclusive of
VAT@5% (NON-REFUNDABLE) BY WAY OF SEPARATE DEMAND DRAFT
DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF DIRECTOR, AIIMS, BHOPAL AND THE SAME SHOULD
ESSENTIALLY BE ENCLOSED ALONGWITH THE TECHNICAL BID. THE
BIDDERS SHOULD SPECIFICALLY SUPERSCRIBE, “DOWNLOADED FROM
THE WEBSITE” ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE OUTER ENVELOPE
CONTAINING TECHNICAL BID & FINANCIAL BID SEPARATELY. IN NO CASE,
THE TENDER COST FEE SHOULD BE MIXED WITH EMD AMOUNT. THE
TENDERS NOT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PROCEDURE WILL BE SUMMARILLY
REJECTED. THE EMD Amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) non-interest

more than One Subgroup will deposit the EMD Amount in the Multiplication of
