Stigmella divina sp. n. is described firom the Kopet Dag mountains in Turkmenistan and
CentralAnatolia(Turkey).Thespeciescannotbeplacedinanyknownspeciesgroup,because
ofitsremarkablegenitalia.Themalepossessesauniqueandroconialpatchontheforewingun-
derside.

Juxta betweenvalvae, joined to valvae and aedeagus,
apexbifid, resemblingthejuxtain Stigmella viscerella

(Stainton) (Johansson Nielsen 1990: figs. 247-
249). Distallythesceritewithwellsclerotised, slight-
lybifurcatedprocess.
Female genitalia (fig. 6). -Apophyses long, poste-
