undercontract. Harvestingoperationshave
beencompleted,andthecontractorisinthe
processofconducting"timbersaleclose-out."
Theseoperationsincludedisposaloflogging
slash, closing of unnecessary roads and
seedingofdisturbedareas.
Planning Aprecommercialthinningareaof65acres
nearNorthport,Washingtonwascontracted
TheSpokaneDistrictissuedafederalregister inFY90. This thinningwaspartof840
notice on May 19, 1989 initiating the acresidentifiedasneedingtreatment. Stand
