SoCTA(SoftComputing:TheoriesandApplications)isnowafour-yearyoung
international conference. SoCTA was coined in the year 2016 in technical collab-
oration with mMachine Intelligence Research (MIR) Labs, USA, with an aim of,
tohighlightthelatestadvances, problems,and challenges andtopresentthelatest
researchresultsinthefieldofsoftcomputingwithalinktoscientificresearchand
its practical implementation. SoCTA especially encourages the young researchers
atthebeginning oftheircareer toparticipateinthisconference andinvitethemto
