Gopal Das (saxophone, Sounak Chattopadhyay (classical and contemporary

contemporary percussionist). They are joined by
Gopal Das a multi-talented young musician who
plays both melody and percussion instruments.
The trio explores various genres, meandering from
Bangla ataman songs to folk music, classical dhrupad
and kheyal to thumris and bhajans, from ghazals to
Hindi film music, from traditional to fusion. Apart
from various songs and compositions, the team
features rare interactions and dialogues in music
between the two percussion masters – Rishabh
(Pakhawaj) and Gopal (Dhaak) and a rousing finale
where all three musicians join in a scintillating
climax.
