B. Greek Kartatiso
• English word ‘alignment’ is Greek ‘kartatiso’….a very
key word used in the Apostolic Prophetic movement
currently.
• 8 definitions of this word
Ephesians 4:11-12 (NKJV)
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some
prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and
teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the
work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of
Christ,
1. Word ‘kartatiso’ or ‘kartatismo’
• --- equipping of the saints for the work of ministry…..
• Best translation of this word – Alignment!!
• Meaning – Put something in its proper position or to
connect something appropriately.
• Best illustration – human body.
• Greek word for setting a broken bone back into proper
alignment.
• Like a chiropractor aligning
the spines or other joints into
proper position.
• Context of this word – 5-fold ministry given to
align/equip the saints for the work of
ministry……

• Full restoration of the 5-fold ministry to help
align/equip saints into their place and function of
ministry so that everyone can fulfil God’s destiny for
him/her.
• Right alignment equips me!!
• Right alignment with the Apostolic Leadership, with
the People as well as with the Purpose of God for
your life……
• Dutch Sheets – ‘the more you come into
proper alignment with the Apostolic
Leadership, and People and the Purpose God
wants to align you with, your gifting(s) is
going to multiply!!

If one is not aligned properly,
your gift will not operate at
its fullest potential.’

– He is aligning me properly with the gifts and
mantles from the past!!
He said to me, ‘Marry the mantles of the past to the
present and don’t be afraid to strike the water.’
• A reference to Elijah and
Elisha?
Elisha received the mantle of
Elijah and a double anointing. He
struck the water and it parted.
• For Dutch, it refers to
receiving the mantles of
certain people who had
invested into his life……one
who carried a spirit of
revelation, another who was
mentored by Smith
Wiggersworth!!

Another was his own dad who
carried an amazing healing
anointing….
2. Kartatiso = arrange things

• Proper alignment arranges our lives to flow with God’s
purposes for our lives.
• God can be rearranging people around us too…..it may involve
relocation!!
• Some ministries may need some rearranging…..
• Even apostolic alignments can be rearranged…..

• Power is going to increase, authority is going to increase
because of right alignment!!
