ILC Instructional Learning Cycle - Teachers in grades 3-5 will begin the ILC process to provide support and improve student learning by taking a closer look at
instructional practices that impact student performance in Math. The ILC process will provide opportunities for teacher teams to plan collectively and create
instructional plans to meet specific standards while focusing instructional practices that align content strategies and assessments. The collaboration of grade level
teams will allow them to analyze and implement the impact of data.Teachers will also be able to tier instruction to meet the needs of all students through meetings,
