Betsy Bruceis a developer and consultant who specializes in creating eLearning applications
using Dreamweaver, Authorware, Captivate, and Flash. She was lead developer at the Cobalt
Group in Seattle and was Manager of Technical Services at MediaPro, Inc. She is an Adobe-certi-
fied trainer for Dreamweaver, Contribute, Flash, Captivate, and Authorware.
John Rayis a Senior Business Analyst and leads the enterprise application development team for
The Ohio State University Research Foundation. In his spare time, he has written a number of
