God and Savior, Jesus Christ. We ask and entreat Your goodness, لﺄﺴﻧ . ﺢﻴﺴﻤﻟا عﻮﺴﻳ ﺎﻨﺼﻠﺨﻣو ﺎﻨﻬﻟإو ﺎﻨﺑر
O Philanthropic One, remember, O Lord, the sick of Your people. ﺮآذأ : ﺮﺸﺒﻟا ﺐﺤﻣ ﺎﻳ ﻚﺣﻼﺻ ﻦﻣ ﺐﻠﻄﻧو

Pray for our fathers and our brethren who are sick with any ﻰﺿﺮﻤﻟا ﺎﻨﺗاﻮﺧاو ﺎﻨﺋﺎﺑﺁ ﻦﻋ اﻮﺒﻠﻃأ
sickness, whether in this place or in any place, that Christ our God ﻞﻜﺑ وأ ﻦﻜﺴﻤﻟا اﺬه ﻰﻓ نﺎآ نا ، ضﺮﻣ ﻞﻜﺑ

You have visited them with mercies and compassion, heal them. . ﻢﻬﻔﺷا ، تﺎﻓأﺮﻟاو ﻢﺣاﺮﻤﻟﺎﺑ ﻢهﺪﻬﻌﺗ
Take away from them and from us all sickness and all maladies; حورو ، ﻢﻘﺳ ﻞآو ضﺮﻣ ﻞآ ﺎﻨﻋو ﻢﻬﻨﻋ عﺰﻧا
the spirit of sicknesses chase away. Those who have long lain in ﻦﻴﺣوﺮﻄﻣ اوﺄﻄﺑأ ﻦﻳﺬﻟاو . ﻩدﺮﻃا ضاﺮﻣﻷا
sickness raise up and comfort. All them that are afflicted by ﻦﻣ نﻮﺑﺬﻌﻤﻟاو ، ﻢهﺰﻋو ﻢﻬﻤﻗأ ضاﺮﻣﻷا ﻰﻓ
unclean spirits, set them all free. Those who are in prisons or ﻰﻓ ﻦﻳﺬﻟا . ﺎًﻌﻴﻤﺟ ﻢﻬﻘﺘﻋا ﺔﺴﺠﻨﻟا حاورﻷا
dungeons, and those who are in exile or captivity, or those who وأ ﻰﻔﻨﻟا ﻰﻓ ﻦﻳﺬﻟا وأ . ﻖﺑﺎﻄﻤﻟا وأ نﻮﺠﺴﻟا
are held in bitter bondage, O Lord, set them all free and have . ةﺮﻣ ﺔﻳدﻮﺒﻋ ﻰﻓ ﻢﻬﻴﻠﻋ ضﻮﺒﻘﻤﻟا وأ ، ﻰﺒﺴﻟا
mercy upon them. For You are He Who looses the bound and ﻞﺤﺗ ﺖﻧأ ﻚﻧﻷ . ﻢﻬﻤﺣراو ﺎًﻌﻴﻤﺟ ﻢﻬﻘﺘﻋا برﺎﻳ
uplifts the fallen; the hope of those who are hopeless and the help ﺲﻴﻟ ﻦﻣ ءﺎﺟر ﺎﻳ . ﻦﻴﻄﻗﺎﺴﻟا ﻢﻴﻘﺗو ﻦﻴﻃﻮﺑﺮﻤﻟا
of those who have no helper; the comfort of the fainthearted; the ءاﺰﻋ . ﻦﻴﻌﻣ ﻪﻟ ﺲﻴﻟ ﻦﻣ ﻦﻴﻌﻣو ، ءﺎﺟر ﻪﻟ
harbor of those in the storm. All souls that are distressed or . ﻒﺻﺎﻌﻟا ﻰﻓ ﻦﻳﺬﻟا ءﺎﻨﻴﻣ ، بﻮﻠﻘﻟا ىﺮﻴﻐﺻ
bound, give them mercy, O Lord; give them rest, give them : ﺎﻬﻴﻠﻋ ضﻮﺒﻘﻤﻟا وأ ﺔﻘﻳﺎﻀﺘﻤﻟا ﺲﻔﻧﻷا ﻞآ
coolness, give them grace, give them help, give them salvation, ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ﺎًﺣﺎﻴﻧ ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ﺔﻤﺣر برﺎﻳ ﺎﻬﻄﻋا
give them the forgiveness of their sins and their iniquities. As for ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ﺔﻧﻮﻌﻣ ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ﺔﻤﻌﻧ ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ةدوﺮﺑ
us also, O Lord, the maladies of our souls heal, and those of our . ﺎﻬﻣﺎﺛﺁو ﺎهﺎﻳﺎﻄﺧ ناﺮﻔﻏ ﺎﻬﻄﻋا . ﺎًﺻﻼﺧ

CONGREGATION: Lord have mercy. ﻢﺣرا برﺎﻳ : ﺐﻌﺸﻟا لﻮﻘﻳ
PRIEST says this prayer, and the congregation responds ﻞآ ﻰﻓ ﺐﻌﺸﻟا دﺮﻳو ﺔﺒﻠﻄﻟا ﻩﺬه ﻦهﺎﻜﻟا لﻮﻘﻳ

You did give grace, O Merciful One, into the hands of Your pure ﻰﻠﻋ ﻰﻧﺄﺘﻤﻟا ﺎﻬﻳأ ﻚﺘﻤﻌﻧ ﺖﻴﻄﻋأ
apostles, O Philanthropic One, that they might heal by Your holy ﻰﻜﻟ ، ﺮﺸﺒﻟا ﺐﺤﻣ ﺎﻳ رﺎﻬﻃﻷا ﻚﻠﺳر ىﺪﻳأ
anointing all scourges and all diseases of all that come to You and ﻞآو تﺎﺑﺮﺿ ﻞآ ﺔﺳﺪﻘﻤﻟا ﻚﺘﺤﺴﻤﺑ اﻮﻔﺸﻳ
to Your gifts, in faith. Now, therefore, clean us with Your right ، ﺔﻧﺎﻣﺄﺑ ﻚﺒهاﻮﻣ ﻰﻟإو ، ﻚﻴﻟإ ﻦﻴﺗﻵا مﺎﻘﺳأ
hand from all sickness, and out of Your goodness make us worthy ، ضﺮﻣ ﻞآ ﻦﻣ ﻚﻨﻴﻤﻴﺑ ﺎﻧﺮﻬﻃ ﺎًﻀﻳأ نﻵﺎﻓ
of Your unending joy. And sign those who come to You in faith, ﺮﻴﻏ ﻚﺣﺮﻔﻟ ، ﻚﺣﻼﺼﺑ ﻦﻴﻘﺤﺘﺴﻣ ﺎﻨﻠﻌﺟاو
that there may be to them deliverance and recovery from disease, ﻢﻬﻟ نﻮﻜﻴﻟ ، ﺔﻧﺎﻣﺄﺑ ﻚﻴﻟإ ﻦﻴﺗﻵا ﻢﺷراو ، ﻰﻧﺎﻔﻟا
spiritual and bodily, after Your priests have anointed them, as ، ﺪﺴﺠﻟاو ﺲﻔﻨﻟا ضاﺮﻣأ ﻦﻣ ةﺎﺠﻧو صﻼﺧ
You did command by the mouth of James, Your disciple. You, O ﻢﻓ ﻰﻠﻋ ﺖﻠﻗ ﺎﻤآ ، ﻚﺘﻨﻬآ ﻢﻬﻨهﺪﻳ ﺎﻣﺪﻨﻋ
Lord, from the beginning, did declare by the branch of olive that ﻦﺼﻐﺑ ، ءﺪﺒﻟا ﻦﻣ برﺎﻳ ﺖﻧأ . كﺬﻴﻤﻠﺗ بﻮﻘﻌﻳ
the flood has passed; so by Your holy anointing and by Your نﺎﻓﻮﻄﻟا ﻰﻀﻣ ﺪﻗ ﻪﻧأ تﺮﻬﻇأ ﺪﻗ ، نﻮﺘﻳﺰﻟا
name, O merciful and pitiful One, heal Your servant (...) who فوؤﺮﻟا ﺎﻬﻳأ ﻚﻤﺳﺎﺑو ﺔﺳﺪﻘﻤﻟا ﻚﺘﺤﺴﻤﺑو
believes in Your name. Through the intercession of the Virgin ، ﻚﻤﺳﺎﺑ ﻦﻣﺆﻤﻟا ( نﻼﻓ ) كﺪﺒﻋ ﺺﻠﺧ ﻢﻴﺣﺮﻟا

O, You, Who did bid the sick to summon the elders of the church, سﻮﺴﻗ اﻮﻋﺪﻳ نأ ﻰﺿﺮﻤﻟا ﺮﻣأ ﻦﻣ ﺎﻳ
the ministers of Your Godhead, and that they should anoint them ﻢهﻮﻨهﺪﺑو ﻚﺗﻮهﻻ ماﺪﺧ ﻢه ﻦﻳﺬﻟا ﺔﺴﻴﻨﻜﻟا
with holy oil, that they should be healed, save, O good One, Your ﺢﻟﺎﺼﻟا ﺎﻬﻳأ ﺞﻧ ، اﻮﺼﻠﺨﻴﻟ سﺪﻘﻤﻟا ﺖﻳﺰﻟﺎﺑ

and kings and high-priests. So grant, by this divine oil, healing to ءﺎﺳؤرو كﻮﻠﻤﻟاو ءﺎﻴﺒﻧﻸﻟ ﺔﻤﻌﻨﻟا ﺖﻴﻄﻋأ
those who are anointed with. And protect them from all assaults ﻦﻳﺬﻠﻟ ءﺎﻔﺸﻟا ﺖﻳﺰﻟا اﺬه ﻰﻓ ﻞﻌﺟا ، ءﺎﺑﻵا

distress all those that come to You, O safe harbor, from the ءﺎﻨﻴﻣ ﺎﻳ . ﻚﻴﻟإ ﻦﻴﺗﻵا ﻞآ ﺪﺋاﺪﺸﻟا ﻦﻣ ﺬﻘﻨﻤﻟا
tossing of wave-sand their turmoil; show mercy upon them that . ﺎﻬﺟﺎﻴهو جاﻮﻣﻷا تﺎآﺮﺣ ﻦﻣ صﻼﺨﻟا
are oppressed by diseases, and preserve them from evil death. ، ضاﺮﻣﻷﺎﺑ ﻦﻴﻘﻳﺎﻀﺘﻤﻟا ﻊﻣ ﺔﻤﺣر ﻊﻨﺻا
And fulfill the prayer of Your priests for Your servant (...); and ﻚﺘﻨﻬآ ﺔﺒﻠﻃ ﻞﻤآو ، ئدﺮﻟا تﻮﻤﻟا ﻦﻣ ﻢﻬﺠﻧو

saying: Bless the Lord all You work of the Lord. Through the لﺎﻤﻋأ ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ﺎﻳ بﺮﻟا ﻰآرﺎﺑ : ﻦﻴﻠﺋﺎﻗ ﺪﺣاو

May Your mercy come To them that know You. O You, the true تِ ﺄﺘﻠﻓ ، رﻮﻨﻟا ﻦﻳﺎﻌﻧ برﺎﻳ كرﻮﻨﺑ : ﻼً ﺋﺎﻗ سﺪﻘﻤﻟا

rejoiced at Your coming. You did save Adam from deception. ﻚﺌﻴﺠﻤﺑ ﺖﻠﻠﻬﺗ ﺔﻘﻴﻠﺨﻟا ﻞآو ﺮﺸﺒﻠﻟ ﻚﺘﺒﺤﻤﺑ ﻢﻟﺎﻌﻟا
You did deliver Eve From the pains of death. You have given ﺎﻨﻣأ ﺖﻘﺘﻋو ، ﺔﻳاﻮﻐﻟا ﻦﻣ مدﺁ ﺎﻧﺎﺑأ ﺖﺼﻠﺧو ،
unto us the spirit of sonship: We bless You with Your angels. .ةﻮﻨﺒﻟا حور ﺎﻨﺘﻴﻄﻋاو ، تﻮﻤﻟا تﺎﻘﻠﻃ ﻦﻣ ءاﻮﺣ
Blessed are You in truth O Jesus our Lord, with Your good Father ﺖآرﺎﺒﺗ ﺔﻘﻴﻘﺤﻟﺎﺑ . ﺔﻜﺋﻼﻤﻟا ﻊﻣ ﻚآرﺎﺒﻧو ﻚﺤﺒﺴﻧ

Through the intercession of the Mother of God, and the لاﺆﺳو ، ﻪﻟﻹا ةﺪﻟاو ﺔﻋﺎﻔﺸﺑ . ةﺮهﺎﻈﻟاو
supplications of the angels, and the blood of martyrs, and the ﻦﻴﺴﻳﺪﻘﻟا تﺎﺒﻠﻃو ءاﺪﻬﺸﻟا مدو ، ﺔﻜﺋﻼﻤﻟا
prayers of the saints and high-priests, and the army of martyrs, برﺎﻳ ﻚﻟﺄﺴﻧ ءاﺪﻬﺸﻟا فﺎﺼﻣو ءﺎﺑﻵا ءﺎﺳؤرو
and all the Christian people, we beseech You, O Lord, for Your حور ﺔﻤﻌﻧ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻞﺤﺘﻟ (نﻼﻓ) كﺪﺒﻋ ﻞﺟأ ﻦﻣ
servant (...) that You bestow upon him the grace of Your Holy ﻪﻟ ﺮﻔﻏاو ، ﻩﺎﻳﺎﻄﺧ ﻊﻴﻤﺟ ﻦﻣ ﻩﺮﻬﻃو ، ﻚﺳﺪﻗ

not on the earth for three years and six months. And he prayed ﺎًﻀﻳأ ﻰﻠﺻ ﻢﺛ . ﺮﻬﺷأ ﺔﺘﺳو ﻦﻴﻨﺳ ثﻼﺛ
again, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth brought forth its ضرﻷا ﺖﺟﺮﺧأ و اًﺮﻄﻣ ءﺎﻤﺴﻟا ﺖﻄﻋﺄﻓ
fruit. Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one ﻦﻋ ﻢﻜﻨﻴﺑ ﺪﺣأ ﻞﺿ نا ، ةﻮﺧﻻا ﺎﻬﻳأ . ﺎهﺮﻤﺛ

The invalid man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the ﻰﻨﻴﻘﻠﻳ نﺎﺴﻧإ ﻰﻟ ﺲﻴﻟ ﺪﻴﺳ ﺎﻳ : ﺾﻳﺮﻤﻟا ﻪﺑﺎﺟأ
water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, تِ أ ﺎﻧأ ﺎﻤﻨﻴﺑ ﻞﺑ ، ءﺎﻤﻟا كﺮﺤﺗ ﻰﺘﻣ ﺔآﺮﺒﻟا ﻰﻓ

Sabbath. The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the ﻚﻟ ﻞﺤﻳ ﻻ ﺖﺒﺳ ﻪﻧأ : ﻰﻔﺷ ىﺬﻠﻟ دﻮﻬﻴﻟا لﺎﻘﻓ
Sabbath day: it is not lawful for you to carry your bed. He ﻮه ﻰﻧأﺮﺑأ ىﺬﻟا نأ ﻢﻬﺑﺎﺟأ . كﺮﻳﺮﺳ ﻞﻤﺤﺗ نأ
answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, ﻦﻣ : ﻩﻮﻟﺄﺴﻓ . ﺶﻣاو كﺮﻳﺮﺳ ﻞﻤﺣأ ﻰﻟ لﺎﻗ
Take up your bed, and walk. Then asked they him, What man is كﺮﻳﺮﺳ ﻞﻤﺣأ ﻚﻟ لﺎﻗ ىﺬﻟا نﺎﺴﻧﻹا ﻮه
that who said unto you, Take up your bed, and walk? And he that ، ﻮه ﻦﻣ ﻢﻠﻌﻳ ﻦﻜﻳ ﻢﻠﻓ ﻰﻔﺷ ىﺬﻟا ﺎﻣأ .ﺶﻣأو
was healed knew not who it was: for Jesus had taken himself . ﻊﻤﺟ ﻊﺿﻮﻤﻟا ﻰﻓ نﺎآ ذإ . لﺰﺘﻋا عﻮﺴﻳ نﻷ
away, a multitude being in that place. Afterward Jesus found him ﺎه : ﻪﻟ لﺎﻗو ﻞﻜﻴﻬﻟا ﻰﻓ عﻮﺴﻳ ﻩﺪﺟو ﻚﻟذ ﺪﻌﺑ
in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, you are made whole: sin ﻚﻟ نﻮﻜﻳ ﻼﺌﻟ ﺎًﻀﻳأ ﺊﻄﺨﺗ ﻼﻓ ، ﺖﺋﺮﺑ ﺪﻗ ﺖﻧأ
no more, lest a worse thing come unto you. The man departed, عﻮﺴﻳ نأ دﻮﻬﻴﻟا ﺮﺒﺧأو نﺎﺴﻧﻹا ﻰﻀﻤﻓ . ﺮﺷأ
and told the Jews that it was Jesus, who had made him whole. نودﺮﻄﻳ دﻮﻬﻴﻟا نﺎآ اﺬﻬﻟو . ﻩأﺮﺑأ ىﺬﻟا ﻮه
And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay اﺬه ﻞﻤﻋ ﻪﻧﻷ ، ﻩﻮﻠﺘﻘﻳ نأ نﻮﺒﻠﻄﻳو ، عﻮﺴﻳ
him, because he had done these things on the Sabbath day. But ﻰﺘﺣ ﻞﻤﻌﻳ ﻰﺑأ : عﻮﺴﻳ ﻢﻬﺑﺎﺟﺄﻓ . ﺖﺒﺳ ﻰﻓ

salvation of men. Who did say, I came not to call the righteous ﻢﻟ ﻰﻧأ لﺎﻗ ىﺬﻟا ، ﺮﺸﺒﻟا صﻼﺧ ﻞﺟأ ﻦﻣ ﺲﻧﺄﺗ

Cross by His own will. We pray and beseech You, and call upon كﺪﺒﻌﻟ ﺮﻔﻐﺗ ﻰﻜﻟ ، كﻮﺤﻧ خﺮﺼﻧو عﺮﻀﺘﻧو ،
