many options while providing the quality you demand.
Select Your Base - Upgrade Any Time
The XHD Short Base comes in two designs; Integrated Winch Mount for use with almost any aftermarket winch (including the new Warn Power Plant with
optional mounting blocks #11540.15) and for the 2007-10 Wrangler, a Light Mount Base with two light mounting locations. The Short Base attaches quickly
with two enclosed D-Ring mounting brackets. This eight bolt frame mount design provides the toughest bumper attachment found anywhere while creating two
overbuilt pull points. The 76-06 CJ/YJ/TJ XHD matches the look and utility of the 07-10 JK XHD but does not include the fog light cutouts and is only available with
a winch mount. This bumper mounts close in on the frame rails, drawing the bumper closer to the body allowing for an increased approach angle. The narrow
overall width gives enormous clearance for the front tires. Each JK Short Base includes two protected cut outs for your JK’s factory fog lamps. All Short Bases
includes side filler plates to close off the ends for a finished look.

Select Your Tubes - Tough Tubular Options Provide Off Road Protection
Add on a durable .120 wall tubular RRC mount, Stinger or Hoop Overrider to create the ultimate off-road bumper. These are some tough tubes! The Stinger and
RRC mounts use a unique D-ring attachment so you will need separate optional D-rings (part no. 11235.01). The enclosed HD D-rings on the short base will not
be used with these two tubular options.

why two different RRC mounts? For 1976-2006 CJ, YJ and TJ’s with Rugged Ridge 7” oversize fender flares, the JK RRC Mount is wider and matches the look
of the wider flares. For CJ’s, YJ’s and TJ’s with stock width fender flares, the 11540.48 RRC Mount is designed to match the width of the factory flares. e

The perfect addition to the XHD rear bumper is the matching XHD Tire
Carrier Mount. The latch uses a sturdy locking mechanism for security ®
and a tough appearance. Our engineers have gone to great lengths to
make this the quietest tire carrier on the market, no more rattling! The
massive hinge pivots on a heavy-duty roller bearing and supports up to
a 35” tire. A multi-position locking pin mechanism keeps the arm in the
open position when you need to open the tailgate, even on the steepest
grade. The XHD Tire Carrier Mount attaches to the XHD Rear Bumper
using the D-ring mounts for a solid foundation.

RRC Rock Crawling Bumpers
Introducing the toughest, most durable off-road tube bumpers ever made! The Rugged Ridge Rock Crawling Bumpers (RRC) feature heavy-duty .120
wall 2” steel tubing treated with a special “E-Coating” and then dual stage powder-coated to ensure long life and a no-rust finish. These overbuilt tube
bumpers not only look good but they are built to last! All RRC designs have been developed with true off-road enthusiasts in mind. From the reinforced

RRC Front Grille Guards
The RRC Front Grille Guard is an easy to install front bumper system that
offers an expanded opening for use with a winch (winch plate not included)
or with up to four off-road lights. The RRC side supports elevate the tube
upwards to provide fender protection while not altering the side clearance.
Two reinforced D-ring attachments allow for easy use of optional D-rings
(part no. 11235.01).

Rugged Ridge offers two RRC bumper options for the rear of your Jeep®. Both options work off a similar frame mounted platform that features a heavy-duty
grid like system with raised sides for the ultimate protection and greatest ground clearance. All RRC Rear Bumpers also feature a reinforced hitch box that
is designed for off-road accessories (not designed or rated for towing. Use only for accessories). The heavy-duty rear tire carrier model mounts your tire off
the rear bumper taking the load off your tailgate. With a reinforced grease fitting and special latching mechanism, this tire carrier is capable of holding up

The front bumper is a winch ready design that can accommodate any
winch (winch mounting plate not included). E-Coat undercoating with a
powder coat finish for the ultimate in rust protection and durability. Two
welded D-ring tabs allow for easy installation of optional D-rings providing
a secure pulling point. Sloped ends allow for greater off-road clearance
and a great look. Rear Bumper has an accessory hitch box (not designed
for towing) to mount optional accessories. This tough bumper set can take
what the trail throws at you!

Looking for that over-built extra tough look for your Jeep®? This exciting new winch
ready bumper provides all you could want and more. Constructed of durable powder
coat painted steel plate with rugged 2”x.120 wall tubing, this bumper has what it takes
for rough and tumble off-road use. With a pre-cut front section and mounting points for
a roller fairlead or Hawes fairlead, this bumper will accommodate most winches. Two
welded D-ring tabs allow for ease installation of optional D-rings providing a secure
pulling point. Trail tested, this is a great front bumper!
