His lineage and birth: He is the noble scholar.

He was bom on the 27% night of the blessed
month Ramadan in the year 1847AH in
‘Unayzah one of the cilies of Al-Queeem- in the
kingdom of Saudia Arabi.
His scholastic upbringing: his father, may
Allah have mercy upon him, enrolled him to
study the Noble Quran with his maternal
grandluber, Gre teacher “Abdur-Rahiman Tio.
Sulaymaan Ad-Dasmigh’, may Allah kave mercy
upon him. Then he stndied wuiting, some
arithmetic, and Arabic literature at “AL-Ustaadh

Riyadh, some of his brothers urged him to
enroll, So he sought his Shaylh’s, ‘Abdur
Rehman Tin Nasir As-Satdee, may Alldh have
merey upon him, permission. So he gave hin
permission, and he enrolled in the instirution
from 1872AH to 1373All

Indeed he took advantage of the scholars who
tase to teach there al that time, through the lwo
years thal he entered in the academic
institution in Riyadh. Among thom was Al-
‘Allamah, scholar in Tafsir Shaykh Muhammad
AlAmeen As-Shangitcc, Shaykh Al-Pagech
‘Abdul-Aveez Rin Nasir Tin Rasheed, and
Shaykh, rhe seholar in hadith, ‘Abdur-Rahman
Al-ttreekee...may Allah have merey upan thera.
During that time, he would stick with His
eminence Shaykh Al'Allamab ‘Abdul ‘Azeez Bin,
‘Ahdillay Bin Boaz, may Allih have merey upon
him, and he studied with him Suheeh Bukhari
aud some treatises of Shaykhultslam ibn
‘Taymiyeh in the masjid. He benefited by him in
the science of hadith, analyzing the views of the
scholars of figh and the relationship between
them, He considered Shaykh ‘AbdulAzeer, Bin,
aay, may Allah have mercy upon him, to be his
second Shaykh in obtaining knowledge and
Ipeing influenced by him.
‘Then he returned to ‘Unayzah in 1374AH, and
he commenced studying under his Shaykh Al
‘Allamah ‘Abdur-Rahman Bin Nasir As Sa‘dec
and he followed up his studies in the faculty of
Sharee’ah, which had become a subsidiary of

‘When he graduated from the institute in Rivadh,
he was appointed as a leachee at the insizhution
in ‘nayzah in 187A.
In 187611, his Shaykh Al“Allamah ‘Abchur
Rahman Bin Nasir as-Sa'dee, may Allah have
mercy upon him, died. Therefore, he (.e. Al-
‘Uthsymeen} was appointed the imamate of
“Jaamee Kabeer” in ‘Unayzah and also he was
appointed the imamate of two ‘wid there, and he
was appointed ta teach tev the Wbrary of Cneyzah,
Al-Wataniyah nexe ta .Janmee Kabeer, which his
Sheykh, founded in 135944,
When the number of students increased, and
Ihe brary could not suffice them, the noble
Shaykh hegan (aching in the Masjid Al-Jaamee
The students gathered there, and they would
flock togerher from Kingdom of Saudia Arabia

institution fom 1374A4H (9 1898AH, and when
he transferred to teaching in the faculty of
Sharee’ah and Usoo! Deen in Al-Qascera branch
to Mubeunmad Bin Saud islamic University and
remained as @ teacher there until his passing
way. May Allah the most high have mercy upon
him,
