About the Editors
Mohammad Niamat Elahee is a professor and the chair of the department of
InternationalBusiness atQuinnipiacUniversity, CT, USA. Professor Elahee earned
his Ph.D. from University of Texas-Pan American in Marketing and International
Business and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of New
Brunswick-Fredericton, Canada. He also taught at The University of Dhaka,
Bangladesh; Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico; ESC-Rennes Business School,
France; Kedge Business School, France; Tianjin Foreign Studies University, China;
and the Sa’dat Academy for Management Sciences, Egypt. Prior to joining acade-
mia, Dr. Elahee worked at Deloitte & Touche. Dr. Elahee has published in many
reputedbusinessjournalsandpresentedinleadinginternationalconferencesallover
the world. His area of expertise includes negotiation, cross-cultural management,
and Latin American Business. He has appeared on Fox News, NPR, and has pub-
lishedop-edsinvariousnewspapersintheUnitedStatesandothercountries.
Farid Sadrieh, an associate professor of International Business at Quinnipiac
University, obtained his Ph.D. in International Business from Temple University,
Philadelphia, MBA from Fordham University, New York, a Master’s in Marketing
and a Bachelor’s in Economics from University of Paris (Pantheon-Sorbonne).
Farid Sadrieh has professional experience in inventory management in the automo-
bile industry. Recipient of several awards including two Fulbright scholarships that
took him to Madagascar, Namibia, and Burkina Faso for teaching and research,
Dr. Sadrieh teaches global supply chain and international business courses. His
primary research interests include firm political behavior, export processing zones,
andcross-culturalmanagement.
Mike Wilman is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Southampton Solent University,
UK. He has a Master’s degree in Business Economics. Mike Wilman specializes in
strategic marketing, marketing research and relationship marketing. He is currently
pursuing a Ph.D., investigating the relationships between the United States and the
United Kingdom during the development of the Atlantic Bridge in World War II.
His current research includes postgraduate learning styles and the ethics of consu-
mer behavior. Mike Wilman has also spent many years in sales and marketing roles
with General Motors Europe, Digital Equipment Corporation, and the Gartner
Group.
