This proceeding includes the papers presented in the 3rd International Conference
onSustainableExpertSystems[ICSES2022],OrganizedbyTribhuvanUniversity
(TU), Nepal with a primary focus on the research information related to Artificial
Intelligence[AI],Sustainability,andExpertSystemsappliedinalmostalltheareasof
industries,governmentsectors,andacademiaworldwide.ICSES2022willprovide
anopportunityfortheresearcherstopresenttheirresearchresultsandexaminethe
advanced applications in Artificial Intelligence [AI] and the expert systems field.
