Final notice to heads of state
You were elected to lead not to poison us. The path of least resistance with respect to checks on
population growth is no longer acceptable, if it ever was. You have inherited this system and are
therefore not responsible for the crimes committed in the past to prevent war, but you are
responsible for the crimes that are being committed in the present to preserve peace.
The plan of controlled depopulation has been in place since 1945 and has been gradually
imposed on nation states by mutual coercion mutually agreed upon to ensure that no country
outgrows its resources and is tempted or forced to invade its neighbors and take by force that
which it needs for the survival of its people. In the nuclear age that is indeed the only
responsible way for nations and people to coexist on a finite planet.
The United Nations has acted as a neutral agency and has coordinated this substitute to war
globally so that not even the mightiest of nations can escape or eschew their responsibilities
towards international peace and trigger a nuclear war that would end up in our assured mutual
destruction.
The program of population control must remain in place and will proceed towards controlled
depopulation as soon as our numbers peak, in a couple of decades, and continue until such time
as human civilization becomes sustainable and we no longer harm the planet by disrupting the
equilibrium of life. The covert methods of depopulation in place since the end of World War II,
however, will have to be retired immediately and replaced with global population control
legislation that restricts family size to two children across the world and in perpetuity or until
such time as we can reach other planets, which may never happen.
Neither we nor the remaining life on the planet can survive a doubling of the global population
from 7 to 14 billion, which would occur in thirty years without artificially impeding human
fertility. This being the case, it makes no sense to pretend otherwise and fail to involve every
human being on the planet in an open, fair and transparent program of population control. This
is not rocket science and every human being will be able to understand the logic and the
necessity of such a plan. Failing to understand will condemn us all to poverty, misery, filth,
pollution, and ultimately war. As UN technocrats will put it, population dynamics is inextricably
linked to macroeconomics and planetary boundaries and we can no longer afford to ignore this
fact.
I have freed you from the self-imposed prison of covert depopulation by mutual coercion
mutually agreed upon. It is now up to you to take the next step and free us from mass poisoning
by putting in place the necessary political entity capable of overseeing the worldwide transition
from covert to overt population control peacefully and gently.

If I am not needed to oversee the transition or to lead this organization then I will return to my
inconspicuous and private life. To be able to do this I ask that my children are returned to me
without delay. They have been taken away from me by force and have been held hostage by the
government of Canada for nearly four years now in the hope that I would acquiesce to the system
of global genocide and abandon my fellow human beings to mass murderers. I think by now it is
painfully clear to everyone that I will never acquiesce. Nor will I abandon my children.
It should also be painfully clear that I have put an end to the secrecy and the deception and freed
not only you but also the truth. Over the course of the next few weeks, I will address in writing
each and every one of the individuals at the helm of the world’s 196 sovereign states to ask that
they too change course before it is too late.
Several of you have already changed course in response to my work and entreaties, but only all
of you together can convince the world that population control is mankind’s ticket to salvation
and therefore inevitable. The sooner you muster the courage to stand in front of the world united
to explain to the people the brutal facts of overpopulation and the bitter reality of covert
depopulation practiced over the past seven decades, the sooner humankind will forge a new and
common course that demands a small sacrifice from all of us, namely limiting our families to
maximum two children, and promises great benefits to all of us: enduring peace, universal
prosperity, and planetary health.
I have done my duty and have shown not only that a common man can understand the
complexity of global governance on his own and despite the extraordinary obstacles in place, but
also act accordingly. It is now your turn to do your duty and what you were elected for, namely
pass laws that benefit us all and not just the 1%.
This day and age demands from every head of state that he or she is also a global leader and
thinks not only about the wellbeing of his or her fellow nationals but also of the wellbeing of all
people on the planet. For all intents and purposes, and until such time as the world has a
recognized global parliament, we already live in a world that is a single and indivisible political
unit.
Be brave and act accordingly! If you fail to be brave and act accordingly, the efforts made to
prevent war will be the cause of war. And this war will not be a war between nations but a war
between the 99% and the 1% in response to and in defense against the silent and devious war the
1% has waged against the 99% for nearly seven decades.
