monthsofsubmission.
The series discourages the submission of manuscripts that contain reprints of

Giuliano Bacigalupo currently holds a Post-Doc position at the University of
Konstanz in the ANR-DFG Project “JuriLog”. He obtained his PhD in 2006 at
theUniversityofBolognawithathesisonthephilosophyoflanguageofEdmund
Husserl.Between2009and2012,hewasalectureratSeattleUniversity(USA).His
researchfocusesontheproblemsofphilosophyoflanguageandmetaphysics,and,
morespecifically,onthenotionofexistence.Withintheproject“JuriLog”,heworks
onthetopicoflegalfictions.

Rainhard Z. Bengez has been Institute of Advanced Studies’ Carl von Linde
Associate Professor of Mathematics and Models of Social Interactions at TU
Münchenuntil2014.Since2014,heisavisitingprofessorinTaiwanattheNational
University of Taipei and London School of Economics. He is an editor in legal
theory and legal informatics for Jusletter IT and an associate editor of Oxford
University Press’ LPR – Law, Probability, and Risk Journal. Furthermore, he has
beenaspecialadvisortotheEUCommissionandthegovernment.
