THISintroductorybookletisessentiallyacollectionofpracticalnotesonsomeofthe
topicsrelevanttothethoracicanaesthesiatrainingmodule,andreflectsadistinctly
personalapproach. Itislargelyavehicleforusefulreferences,andstillrepresents
‘workinprogress’;forexample,Chapter1isclearlyrudimentary—waitingtobedistilled
further. ThemaintopicsareessentiallythoseforwhichIdevelopedsomeinterestandtried
