Preface
The International Computer Symposium (ICS2022) was held atNational Taipei Uni-
versityofBusiness,Taoyuan,TaiwanduringDecember15–17,2022.ICSisoneofthe
largestjointinternationalITsymposiaheldinTaiwan.Foundedin1973,itisintendedto
provideaforumforresearchers,educators,andprofessionalstoexchangetheirdiscover-
iesandpractices,andtoexplorefuturetrendsandapplicationsincomputertechnologies.
The biannual symposium offers a great opportunity to share research experiences and
todiscusspotentialnewtrendsintheITindustry.
The technical program of ICS 2022 included 7 workshops addressing emerging
pervasivetechnologies,coveringanextensivelandscapeoftheresearchtopicsinvolving
newtrendsincomputertechnologies:

The technical program of the conference included 58 regular papers selected by

papers. All the papers were peer reviewed by three Program Committee members or
externalreviewersonaverage.
