Tis Plan was prepared under Senplades’ leadership as the Technical Secretariat of the National Decentralized
Participatory Planning System, pursuant to the General Public Planning and Finance Code, and submitted by
President Rafael Correa for the revision and approval of the National Planning Council. Te National Development
Plan, which for this term of government is titled the National Plan for Good Living, 2013-2017, was approved in the
24 June 2013 session by Resolution No. CNP-002-2013.
Tis publication names the current authorities of the institutions comprising the National Planning Council.
Tis version has been published on the basis of the text approved by the National Planning Council and may have
undergone some changes in editing and layout for publication.
