Joseph just simply isn't prepared to deal with a young but feisty goth witch (Don't call her cute!), a lonely lesbian werewolf, a lecherous ghost nun, and a beautiful vampire whose only creatures of the night are the people she goes raiding with on World of Warcraft at 2 a.m.<br></p><p>If that wasn't enough trouble, the last member of his squad is the very same woman that tortured him, and killed his men. Can Joseph come to grips with who he is, and find his own humanity among the monsters? Welcome to the Midnight Squad, they're not what you'd expect.</p>From the Author<p>I just had a blast writing this. It's just fun writing about a guy surrounded by beautiful women, and let's be honest almost all women are beautiful in their own unique ways. (With the exception of wicked stepmothers, and most reality show celebrities.) Watching him grow from a horndog that thinks with his little head, to a man that really cares about the women around him was a pleasure. The women were just as much fun, and I'm looking forward to really developing them all more fully in the future. I loved watching them grow into something more than glorified eye candy. If I have any complaint, it is that during the writing process I've really become addicted to this, and between writing and reading kindle books like its some kind of weird fetish, my XBox Call of Duty skills have eroded. It's actually been six months since I touched the Xbox. My membership expired a while back, and so this has got to be the cheapest addiction ever. So thank you all for reading it. </p>From the Inside Flap<p>Joseph Reaper, or Grim as he is often called. Trains a team of powerful women in the art of combat, but each woman brings her own set of unique skills, and problems. Along the way, he's finding himself increasingly drawn to a beautiful vampire, but is it love, or just a death wish. The werewolf is a lonely lesbian that's now set her sights on Joseph's little sister. The ghost, Janine, was a nun burned at the stake as a witch to cover up the monstrous behavior of the people around her. Katy ran away from home a while ago, and now after growing up in the secret military compound she's turned everyone into her own surrogate family. Finally, there is Alhambra, a jinn that tortured Joseph, and killed his men. somehow he's expected to make all this work.</p><p>Meanwhile he's starting to have questions about whether this last chance at reclaiming his career is just too good to be true. Some things just don't add up. Is it his own paranoia, or is Joseph running out of time.</p></br></br></br>
