Alison Morton-Cooper is a researcher-practitioner specialising in
organisational learning and is currently an Associate Fellow in
Continuing Education at the University of Warwick.
Anne Palmer is director of post-graduate studies, Centre for

a part-time education consultant with extensive experience of teaching
and learning in health care.
