revealed to me who I am and why I am here. I hope it
will help you find who you are and why you are here!
I hope that in reading this, others who are touched by
loss will be more open and expressive of their grief than
I was. If the pain I re-lived in writing this book helps
even one person to make sense of any death, it will all
have been worthwhile.

lifetime after lifetime until I develop the courage to say
no to abuse. And to give up my belief in death. It seems
there are several themes that are constant throughout
this life and all my past lives that is up now for resolu-
tion. In each case it seemed I did not fulfill the promise
of being married and completing the contract with my
twin flame. And then, the overriding feeling after Ryan’s
death was abandonment. This was the same feeling
after Bridie left and is the same feeling my children feel
after our family disintegrated. All my children still feel
this same sense of abandonment. This is really weird

are running a 5 Day Residential Intensive Programme in Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction (MBSR) called Mindfulness Tools for Living the Full Catastrophe commencing

This 5 Day Intensive Training Programme in MBSR is based on the 8 week Stress
Reduction Programme founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. Highly respected within the
medical community in the United States, the Programme supports health enhancement
and wellness focused on prevention and learning the ‘how’ of taking good care of
yourself as well as feeling a greater sense of balance.
