Today, Jennifer Hudson, FOIA Offs, Office of Director of National
Intoligence, called in response to Cryptome’s tnleghone inguiry yesterday

Despite FOIA requirements to acknowledge a request wih an explanation of
the prospects for a response, there was no response fo the September 2008
request The request was repeated in Jenuery 2010, below.
(Ms. Hudson said the agency was trying to igure out how to respond to the
‘many requests received for Intalipedia information. She said the volime of
requesis was unusual and not easy t9 respond fo. She suggested caling
again in a few wooks.
‘That appears to be non-responsive under FOIA requirements.
