WHAT THIS GUIDE IS AND IS NOT
THIS IS NOT a quick guide for slaying women. This is not a book for men
looking to take advantage of women or increase the notches on their belt. This is
not a short cut to being a player or a pick-up book.
What this book is: This is a guide to developing a sexual practice designed to
expand your masculinity and increase your sexual intuition. Through specific—
ancient breathing techniques you will learn how to master your urges so that you
choose when to ejaculate and when not too. You will learn how to use the energy
you retain from not ejaculating to feel more energized and focused. You will
become an expert at pleasuring your woman to the point of ecstasy beyond her
wildest dreams. If you commit to mastering these simple practices I can promise
you a greater sense of confidence and stamina.

When I was first introduced to these practices about 10 years ago I was very
skeptical to say the least. It took a lot of research, coaching, and practice to
change my mind and open the possibilities for me. I wish there had been
someone or something to help me when I first started out. All I had back then
were a few second hand books and word of mouth.
Wading through all that literature and hippy-dippy terminology was a bit of turn
off. I wasn’t ready to put in the work. I didn’t know what I was missing. I
wished back then as I do now that there was a sort of cheat sheet for this stuff. A
Cole’s notes or Cliff notes version to get you started. A jumping off point where
you can inform yourself and try it out then decide if you want to dive deeper. For
this reason—to help those in the same position I once found myself—I have
written this quick guide; Make Fuck Not War: Sexual energy for real men.
Before proceeding, one important caveat: This book is focused on the male side
of a male-female relationships. When referring to a partner, I am referring to the
female partner of a man. I have focused on this type of relationship because this
is the type of sexual relationship I know and this guide is based in my personal
experience. However, this by no means implies that these practices cannot be
adopted by any person in a sexual relationship regardless of gender, orientation,
or identity. These practices are not limited to one sex or one form of sexual
coupling.
WARNING
PLEASE READ THE disclaimer at the beginning of the book. As you learn to
expand your sexual energy whatever emotions you have in your body will also
be expanded. If you are an angry, self-centred asshole, this practice is not for
you. Fix that part of yourself first. Do the work and come back to this when you
are ready. Stop reading now and give this guide to a better man. Sure we can
learn to cultivate more positive emotions, but you may want to work on that
aspect of well-being before jumping into this book.
What lies within this guide is very powerful and very old. Although they are
alarmingly simple, these practices have been around for thousands of years and
