October 2020 regarding appointment of Shri Anant Manoharrao Joshi ,
“ Private Secretary to the Honourable Judge ", on the post of “S enior Private
Secretary to the Honourable Judge ”, High Court of Judicature at Bombay ,
Aurangabad Bench at Aurangabad , purely on temporary basis for a period
of six months w.e.f. 2nd November 2020 .
(2 ) High Court Notification No. PL (A PP )/P RO /G -A / A BD /2 021 /2 165 , dated 30th
April 2021 thereby continued the services of Shri A.M. Joshi , "P rivate
Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge ", on the post of “S enior Private Secretary
to the Honourable Judge ”, H igh Court of Judicature at Bombay ,A urangabad
Bench at Aurangabad , purely on temporary basis from 2nd May 2021 to
30th June 2021 .
(3 ) High Court Notification No. PL (A PP )/P RO /G -A / A BD /2 021 /3 039 , dated 30th
June 2021 thereby continued the services of Shri A.M. Joshi , “ Private
Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge ”, on the post of "S enior Private Secretary
to the Honourable Judge ”, H igh Court of Judicature at Bombay ,A urangabad
Bench at Aurangabad , purely on temporary basis from 1st July 2021 to
30th September 2021 .
(4 ) High Court Notification No. PL (A PP )/P RO /G -A / A BD /2 021 /4 752 , dated 29th
September 2021 thereby continued the services of Shri A.M. Joshi ,“ P rivate
Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge ”,> on the post of "S enior Private Secretary
to the Honourable Judge ”,> H igh Court of Judicature at Bombay ,A urangabad
Bench at Aurangabad , purely on temporary basis from 1st October 2021 to
31st December 2021 .

No. PL (A PP )/ PRO/G-A/ABD/2021/6684-6929.— The services of Shri Anant Manoharrao Joshi ,
presently working on the post of "S enior Private Secretary to the Honourable Judge ”, on the
establishment of High Court of Judicature at Bombay ,B ench at Aurangabad ,A urangabad , as per
above referred Notifications , are continued on the said post purely on temporary basis , till 31st
March 2022 or until further order whichever is earlier >, on the following conditions :
1. He shall be liable to be reverted to his original post of "P rivate Secretary ”w ithout any
notice and without assigning any reasons therefor .
2. His temporary appointment as “S enior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge ”, shall
not give him any right for appointment to the post of Senior Private Secretary in future
without selection for the post of "S enior Private Secretary ” in accordance with the provisions
of Rule 9( A ) and a preferential claim to future appointment and seniority etc. in the cadre of
Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge .
3. His appointment is made subject to any litigation /r epresentation that might be filed .

पासून सुधारणा केलेली असल्याचे राज्यस्तरीय समन्वयक ,त ेल उद्योग, म ुंबई यांनी या कार्यालयास वाचा क्र. ४ च्या ई- म ेल संदेशाद्वारे कळविले

त्याअनुषंगाने सार्वजनिक वितरण व्यवस्थेअंतर्गत वितरित करण्यात येणाऱ्या केरोसीनचा सुधारीत कमिशनसह घाऊक व किरकोळ विक्री दर
निश्चित करून त्याबाबत आदेश निर्गमित करणे आवश्यक आहे.
त्याअर्थी,1 व ाचा क्र. १ म ध्ये नमूद तरतुदीस अनुसरून मुंबई (मु ंबई शहर व मुंबई उपनगर )क ेरोसीनच्या घरगुती वापराचे घाऊक व किरकोळ
विक्रीचे दर दिनांक १ज ानेवारी २०२२ पासून पुढील आदेश होईपर्यंत तात्काळ अंमलात आणणेकरिता पुढीलप्रमाणे अधिसूचित करीत आहे :
