A snapshot Weputinplacepracticestoensurethatcandidatesareconsideredforroles
withoutanydiscriminationandwhererolesarecomparableforbothgenders.All

customisationtoanonymisecandidates’information.Webenchmarksalaries
andbonusesareofferedandpaidfairly,regardlessofgender.Wecontinueto
usetheHMRCevidence-basedguidelinestoimprovegenderequalityand
continuetobenchmarkourselvesagainstthese,usingthemtoensureweare
workingtowardstheirrecommendationsforbestpractise.
WithinPanMacmillanwehaveintroducedamentoringschemeforparents
returningtowork.Wehavecontinuedtoofferflexibleworkingthroughoutthe
extendedpandemicaswellasotherinitiativestohelpeveryonebalancehome
andwork.In2021weranasurveytomeasuretheinclusivityofourcultureand
willbebuildingontheresultsofthis.
IntheMDLdivisionaHRKPIdashboardisbeingdevelopedtotrack
demographic,absenceandattritiondata.Thisinformationwillbeusedfor
continuousimprovementofourinclusivepracticesandpolicies.
