This book develops an improved and extended theoretical model about knowledge creation and transfer within organizations and tests it empirically with a survey in 115 knowledge-intensive firms. The results show the different knowledge creation processes employed by firms in practice and allow us to obtain evidence-driven models of the various foms of knowledge creation process.
