 A freelancer is a person who is self employed and he is not necessarily
committed to any employer for a long term.
 A freelancer is someone who performs tasks, usually for multiple employers
over the course of a year.

Pros of Freelancing
 You are your own boss and you are not answerable to anyone
 You can work anytime, anywhere
 You are not bound to work 9 to 5 rather you have a freedom to choose
the time you feel comfortable (You can create your own work schedule)
 You can work on a variety of projects and work with multiple clients at the
same time.
 You can work from your home, means you don’t have to formally dress up
 You can work on the projects of your choice

Cons of Freelancing
 No Social Life
 If you get into any sort of a problem, there is no one to help you.
 Income is inconsistent
 No Pension, Health Insurance, CP/GP Funds
 You have to manage everything on your own, you have to look for work,
communicate with client, complete the work and then withdraw the
payments
 Load shedding Problem (Backup UPS/Generator is required)

 Pakistan is overproducing university graduates in the sense that as many as
50pc of the local university graduates are either unemployed or not part of
