placed in the University's Special Collections Archives for scanning purposes and once completed returned to donor:

qualified to use the Archives collections from the date of this gift, subject to any terms and conditions as stated below.

The University will make accessible to the public for fair use the items that are being donated. It is the intent of the donor
and the University that these records will not to be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the donor
and that aside of normal reproduction costs no excess fees will be charged for public access to the donation.
