Self-preservation and the fast pace of life unfortu-
nately keep people from truly communicating with each
other from the heart. Most decisions and directives seem
to be impulsively made from the head, which eventually
leads to accumulated personal and planetary stress. Ifyou
are bl—ocked in a serious traffic jam, you have two choices.
One you can get frantic, swear, blow the—car horn and
distortwith negativity{headreaction). Two you canuse
heart intelligence and realize that you have to sit there
anyway, so why not adapt peacefully and save all of that
negative energy release {heart reaction). The head reac-
tionputs you through a mental and emotional and physical
self-poisoning process. A Heart reaction helps you adapt
calmly and quickly and accept the situation, without your
innerpoise being stripped apart. The trafficjam analogy is
simply to show you that you have a choice in the way you
react to any issue that life brings you. You can react from
the heador from the heart.
If you understand the above concept, then you can
more easily and effectively appreciate the intentions of
this book. To realize thatyou have a choice in thewayyou
react to life isa breakthrough in yourpersonal intelligence
achievement. To act on the right choice is a breakthrough
in yourown self-empowerment. This book is about having
more peace, fun, and fulfillment through making heart

book's content explains the difference effectively so that

standpoint. Stress and distortion will prevail until there is
a united realization that growth and peace are born from
learning to love the people. When you practice loving
someone, it helps you become more focussed in the heart,
andinreturnyoubringbalanceintoyoursystem. Abalanced
system results in more fun, peace, and health for the
individual and for the whole. Life really is designed to be
funandfulfilling, ifyou practice theformula oflivingfrom
the heart. It sounds simple, yet magic is usually clothed in
simplicitywhere no one everthinks to look. It's magical to
realize thatyou have the choice to direct yourlife fromthe
heart and enjoy peace and fulfillment in return.
Many religions flourish throughout the planet, yet
they seem helpless when it comes to generating peace
among the people. This could be because people get over-
identifiedwith the religious structures and forget that they
have to learn individualself-managementhG^ove the reli-

step in achieving self-management. A self-governed per-
son has a built-in stress reduction system which makes it
worth the—effort. It takes practice, but so does jump rope
and golf no big deal. This book offers a practical

humorous that many times "choice" turns out to be im-
