EdD,PGCEandMAinEducationattheUniversityofBrighton,UK.
HilaryPhillipshasbeenaprimaryclassteacherforover20years.Shewas
alsoLeadTeacherforPrimaryLanguagesinBrightonandHoveandhas
co-presentedworkshopsatmanynationalconferences.
