SHELTERS
The new comprehensive range of JRC shelters is very versatile,
offering something for every carp angler. Whether you need a
simple shelter or brolly for a quick overnighter at your local water;
or the luxury of a spacious bivvy for a week or more on the one
of the larger continental waters with a friend, we have all your
needs covered. All our shelters are developed through our team
of engineers, and consultants, all highly respected carp anglers
from many different countries and regions throughout Europe.
Many fi sh in the most extreme conditions imaginable, which
ensures that our products will not let you down, even in the
toughest weather. Fabrics and materials used are all designed
to allow for the worst conditions, so as you can be sure that they
will always perform. Each shelter has been put through rigorous
testing procedures before going into production, ensuring
total reliability. One of the most revolutionary features is the
introduction of the Hydra-Tex fabric on the TX Bivvy and the new
STI X-Lite. This fabric is waterproofed to a rating of 10,000mm
hydrostatic head, and is fully breathable. This fabric does not
stretch when the surface is wet, or when exposed to high or low
temperatures. This means that temperature extremes caused by
rain, snow and sun will not affect the stability or comfort of the
bivvy. Our range of shelters has been further extended this year,
to include the new Contact bivvies. Available in 1 and 2 man
versions, they will prove to be very popular for the intermediate
angler and beginner, delivering uncompromising quality and
value. Look out for our radical Defender Carp Crib too, as this is
bound to cause a stir on the banks, being designed to deliver
the most portable comfort and protection for the roving angler.
JRC bivvies are recognised as being among the toughest in the
world, and are built to last for years of dedicated use in all
weather conditions, giving maximum protection to the carp
angler. We are totally convinced that JRC shelters offer superior
