Aलए जो 6त ( भ (3) म8 :व-न'द.;ट -नवा.चन CेD से हुआ है 6त ( भ (4) म8 उसके सामने :व-न'द.षट ्
-नवा.चन लड़ने वाला JKय ेक अMय थN, लोक J-त-नOधKव अOध-नयम, 1951 तथा तPीन बनाए गए
-नयमQ Rवारा अपेSCत उTत सारणी के 6त ( भ (5) म8 यथादAशत. अपने -नवा.चन Uय यQ का कोई भी
लेखा दाVखल करने अथवा र(cid:31)-त के अनुसार लेखा दाVखल करने म8 असफल रहा है;
और, यतः उTत अMय Oथय. Q ने, स(य क् सूचना 'दए जाने पर भी उTत असफलता के Aलए कोई
कारण अथवा 6प ; ट(cid:31)करण नह(cid:31)ं 'दया है या उनके Rवारा 'दये गये अMय ावेदनQ पर, य'द कोई हो,
:वचार करने के प[ चात ् -नवा.चन आयोग का यह समाधान हो गया है 3क उनके पास उTत असफलता
के Aलए कोई पया.\त कारण या ]य ायौOचKय नह(cid:31)ं है ।
अत: अब, -नवा.चन आयोग उTत अOध-नयम क4 धारा 10-क के अनुसरण म8 नीचे क4 सारणी
के 6त ( भ (4) म8 :व-न'द.;ट Uय िTतयQ को संसद के 3कसी भी सदन के या 3कसी रा@य /संघ रा@य क4

ORDER
23rd December, 2016/2 Pausha, 1938 (Saka)
No. 76/JKD-LA/2014-- Whereas, the Election Commission is satisfied that each of the
contesting candidates specified in column (4) of the Table below at the General Election to the
Legislative Assembly, 2014 from the State of Jharkhand as specified in column (2) held from the
constituency specified in column (3) against his/her name, has failed to lodge any account of his/her
election expenses at all or in the manner as required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951,
and the rules made thereunder as shown in column(5) of the said Table;
And Whereas, the said candidates have either not furnished any reason or explanation for the
said failure even after due notice of the Election Commission, or after considering the representation if
any, made by them, the Election Commission is satisfied that they have no good reason or
justification for the said failure;
Now, therefore, pursuance of Section 10A of the said Act, the Election Commission hereby
declares the persons specified in column (4) of the Table below to be disqualified for being chosen as,
and for being a member of either House of the Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or
Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order:-
